Kerry Katona reveals she is planning a FOURTH boob job and facelift ahead of wedding to fiancé Ryan Mahoney

As a woman who has been through the ringer when it comes to relationships and marriage, I can’t help but feel a deep sense of empathy for Kerry Katona as she shares her heartbreaking journey with the world once again. Her experiences are a stark reminder of the complexities and challenges that come with love, loss, and starting anew.

Kerry Katona has shared her plans for a facial rejuvenation procedure and potentially her fourth breast enhancement surgery before marrying Ryan Mahoney.

The former member of Atomic Kitten, now 43 years old, isn’t hesitant when it comes to undergoing cosmetic treatments. She’s previously had breast augmentation, a reduction, and a lift surgery. This year, she decided to enhance her appearance further by addressing her eyelids and nose.

Now, Kerry – who has been married three times previously – has shared with OK! her intentions of undergoing surgery once more as she gets ready for another wedding.

She expressed her desire for a facelift that focuses on the lower part to enhance her jawline’s definition. Additionally, she mentioned her intention to undergo breast augmentation as she felt her breasts sagged excessively.

The TV figure additionally disclosed that her fitness instructor boyfriend Ryan, aged 36, is considering undergoing minor enhancements in preparation for our special day, which involves getting some additional Botox.

Kerry added: ‘Ryan’s had Botox once before, and he might get some more before the wedding.’

In the year 2022, Kerry chose not to wear a bra to showcase the outcome of her third breast reduction surgery, having earlier expressed her regret over receiving a complimentary breast enhancement procedure in the past.

An OnlyFans celebrity underwent a breast lift procedure to alleviate her back pain caused by her generously-sized breasts, with her previous implants being taken out during the process.

Three months ago, she disclosed the outcome of her second attempt at reduction, which she hadn’t been satisfied with in 2021.

In a YouTube video, Kerry shared: Last year, I received a free implant, but the reason behind my decision, I can’t recall. I seem to have a weakness for freebies and must work on being content with only accepting gift bags.

In all honesty, I’ve been through so many surgeries and procedures that this limb no longer feels like my own. I’m almost like a reassembled human being.

‘I come in a flatpack with IKEA instructions to put me together in the morning!’

I, as a devoted follower of Kerry’s, have noticed that she’s been expressing her intention to downsize her ‘troublesome’ guys due to their excessive size and the discomfort they cause her, leading to headaches and back pain with their ‘overly large’ C cup dimensions.

She commented: “Whenever I wear a sweater, I have this feeling like I’m just like the Honey Monster from the Sugar Puffs commercial.”

Earlier this year, Kerry had a blepharoplasty, which removes the excess skin from the eyelids.

In an Instagram video, she expressed, “That scar is still visible on me now, but it won’t be for long.”

After that, Kerry expressed her joy and amazement: “I’m really pleased and surprised with how well it went. This was the simplest procedure I’ve ever undergone, and you know my history – I’ve had quite a few operations. But this is the first time I’ve tried something for my face.”

After the procedure, Kerry inadvertently caused herself great pain by scratching her sensitive cornea, resulting in tears and agony throughout the day.

In her latest article for the TV show, the host expressed her deep sadness: “I’ve wept profusely today due to the agony. As I emerged from healing, I mistakenly touched my eye during this vulnerable time, causing damage to my cornea.”

I’ve gone through an agonizing ordeal that left me feeling like I’d been scratched on every sensitive nerve ending. My doctor, in his wisdom, compared the pain to childbirth – a comparison I never thought I’d make outside of movies and television. The intensity of my discomfort left me complaining incessantly, but upon reflection, I realize that the root cause wasn’t the surgery itself. It was all on me. My life experience has taught me that sometimes, we go through trials and tribulations, enduring pain and hardship, only to discover that our greatest challenges come from within. This realization may not lessen the physical agony, but it offers a glimmer of hope that the mental fortitude I’ll gain from this ordeal will serve me well in the future.

As a devoted follower and admirer of Kerry’s, I have been astounded by her recent transformation. I remember seeing her at an event earlier this year, and I was taken aback by her new look. Her face appeared dramatically altered, almost unrecognizable. When she stepped out in public to reveal the results of her nose job, I could only imagine the emotional turmoil she must have felt. The tears that streamed down her cheeks spoke volumes about the profound impact this decision had on her life. It’s a stark reminder of how powerful and personal the choice to undergo plastic surgery can be.

In June, the media figure went through an operation to repair the harm inflicted on her body from decades of substance misuse.

Previously, Kerry mentioned having a rib taken out for her surgery to create a smaller-looking nose by using the cartilage from it.

Additionally, she explained that she required the operation right away because of three cavities in her nasal passages caused by her previous use of cocaine.

Upon returning home, I was greeted by an unexpected sight that made me break into tears: my beloved item appeared puffed up and altered in appearance.

“I feel a pang of sadness too, as I share the same distinctive nose with my biological father, making me miss the unique connection we once had.”

After Kerry disclosed that she had to call off her Las Vegas wedding to partner Ryan because her kids insisted on being there with them.

She quipped that since the children had previously witnessed her walking down the aisle a few times for other weddings, they could skip this ceremony and wait for us outside instead.

Kerry has children Molly (age 22), Lilly-Sue (age 20), Heidi (age 16), and Max (age 15) from her first marriage to Brian McFadden. With her second spouse, Mark Croft, she had Heidi and Max, as well as Dylan Jorge who is nine years old.

To OK!, she shared that Ryan and I had planned to marry in Vegas, but Molly and Lilly objected, urging us not to go through with it without them.

I had expressed to them that they had attended enough of my weddings. This realization caused us to postpone their plans.

In 2022, Kerry, who is currently engaged to Ryan, confessed that there have been instances when she has had second thoughts about getting married due to her past being less than ideal for commitment.

To GB news, I’ve shared that I got married for the first time when I was just 21 years old, a fact that is commonly known. Subsequently, I entered into another marriage in quick succession.

I’ve lived through three marriages in my lifetime, each with its own unique experiences and challenges. In my most recent marriage, I was blessed to have a loving and devoted husband by my side for many years. Sadly, he is no longer with us, making me a widow. But life has a way of surprising us, and five years ago I met Ryan. He’s brought joy and happiness back into my world, reminding me that love knows no age or limits. As an old romantic at heart, I truly believe in the power of “happily ever after,” and I’m grateful for the second chance at love that I’ve been given.

Even if something hasn’t succeeded previously, whether it was the first, second, or third attempt, it doesn’t automatically mean that I must face a solitary future. No.

Kerry mentioned that Ryan intends to welcome DJ (Dylan Jorge), their youngest child born from Kerry’s late marriage to George Kay, into his family.
