The action-packed multiplayer game “Kernel Hearts,” where you’re assigned the mission to eliminate a god to prevent global annihilation, is set to launch on Xbox Series X|S in 2025.
In the creation of Ephemera, a developer based in Argentina, the game titled “Kernel Hearts” places you as a member of M.A.H.O.U Unit – an extraordinary team of android girls with superpowers. Your objective is to combat powerful adversaries, starting from the ground level, ascending all the way to the legendary Tower of Babel. With up to three companions, you’ll engage in battles on each floor, and as you progress, you’ll acquire new abilities and magical powers to aid your mission.
In the heat of each game, when my character falls, I’m transported back to the lab, a place where I can utilize the prizes earned from past battles to unlock and outfit my unit with unique skill chips. This allows me to tailor not only my unit but also its playstyle to my preference. I can choose to face the challenges alone, or team up with as many as three other players in a cooperative mode. In this synergetic setup, we can amplify our abilities and strategies together.
Kernel Hearts is coming to Xbox Series X|S and PC, but a release date has yet to be confirmed.
