Kendra Wilkinson defended herself against critics who have judged her for not maintaining the appearance she had as a Playboy model.
The model-turned-realtor, 39, shared snaps on social media on Tuesday when making her statement.
She posted on Instagram Stories, “I began using weight loss injections,” she captioned one photo, donning a green, russet, and cream top, “Used it just once, no biggie. I guess I’ll discard it now.
It appears that the actress from The House Bunny may have experienced some adverse effects after taking weight loss medications, such as nausea, stomach pain, digestive issues like constipation or diarrhea, vision problems, low blood sugar, dizziness, tiredness, gas, and potentially more severe complications like kidney damage or bowel blockage.
On the next picture she added, ‘Guess I’ll just do mental Ozempic.’
In my line of work as a lifestyle advisor, I’ve been open about the personal growth journey I’ve embarked on after some challenging periods in my life. This includes seeking professional help following my time with Playboy and the end of my marriage in 2018.

She shared with Amy Robach and Tj Holmes on their podcast that she stayed at a hospital for seven days to restructure her thought patterns, which she successfully achieved, and it indeed proved effective for her.
Currently, I find myself at a state of tranquility within my mind. It’s because I’m taking effective medication. To put it simply, I’m feeling great and am in a very positive space right now.
During a chat with People magazine in January, this ex-star from “Girls Next Door” shared that she had been taking the antipsychotic medication Abilify to manage her struggles with depression.
One of the side effects of that medication is weight gain, according to the manufacturer.
On March 11, Wilkinson shared a collection of images featuring herself lounging by the pool in a stylish blue one-piece swimsuit.
She shared with her 3.1 million followers that the carefree times of her past have passed, yet strangely, she finds a growing sense of liberation. She elaborated by saying that despite feeling older, she experiences a greater sense of freedom now than she did upon leaving her former residence.
If someone isn’t fond of me, disapproves of what I do, perceives me as arrogant, or feels unattracted to me, it’s perfectly fine for them to leave.
In a family of four, the woman has a 15-year-old son named Hank IV and a 10-year-old daughter named Alijah. These children are shared with her ex-spouse, the retired NFL player Hank Baskett, who is currently 42 years old.
For now, the Kendra on Top star is happily single.

As for me, engaging in intimate encounters from time to time seems plausible, but committing to a romantic relationship or dating someone seriously isn’t something I can envision happening currently, I shared with Amy and TJ.
‘I’m in a bachelorette-type of vibe right now,’ she said and is enjoying playing the field.
She mentioned, “I currently find myself surrounded by two energetic, appealing former NFL players. Their presence leaves me feeling youthful.” She further shared, “This situation is akin to a quick refreshment for me, similar to using Botox.
