Kendall Jenner looks typically stylish in an oversized suit as she goes shopping in Paris after walking the catwalk during Fashion Week
As a mental health advocate and someone who has followed Kendall Jenner‘s journey for years, it’s truly heartening to see her open up about her struggles with anxiety and depression. Her candidness serves as an important reminder that even those who appear to have it all can still battle internal demons.
During Fashion Week in Paris, Kendall Jenner was typically fashionable while relaxing, showcasing her usual chic style.
28-year-old model, who made a splash at the L’Oreal show this week, was spotted out shopping with friends on Tuesday.
In my latest fashion-forward ensemble, I opted for a spacious, double-breasted blazer that coordinates beautifully with tailored trousers. Underneath, I added a sleek layer of a stylish bra top, creating a modern and sophisticated look.
Kendall added some extra inches to her stature by wearing timeless stilettos, and she completed her style with a stylish Hermès handbag.
To complete her ensemble, she gathered her golden locks halfway up and halfway down, then accessorized with large spectacles.
Kendall marked her Paris Fashion Week arrival on Monday evening by walking the L’Oreal show.
This season, the renowned supermodel missed appearing on the runway at both the initial London and Milan Fashion Weeks, but she did walk in the Alaia show in New York City earlier in the month.
Yet, Kendall demonstrated her continued strength and influence by striding down the runway alongside legends like Heidi Klum, Eva Longoria, and Cara Delevingne.
The fashion show represented her initial strut on the runway with her freshly dyed blonde hair, which she unveiled a few weeks prior following a significant change in her hairstyle.
The way the Kardashian family member strutted along the catwalk, exuding self-assurance, seemed to reinforce the idea that blonde women truly enjoy life more, given her dazzling appearance in a striking red gown.
However, despite her clear ease in front of the camera, just a few months ago Kendall opened up about suffering from career anxiety over the past year.
In a recent, open conversation, Kendall shared that the past two months have been challenging for her, as she discussed her long-standing struggle with anxiety spanning over two decades.
In our chat, she candidly shared her struggle with persistent anxiety and how she’s innovatively dealing with mental health issues in a fresh photo session for Vogue.
As a committed adherent, I find myself in a position where I believe there’s no reason to hide the truth. At this juncture in my professional journey, I feel an unwavering sense of stability and optimism. However, the past two months have been quite challenging for me.
It seems I’ve been feeling quite different lately, and my friends have noticed this change. I find myself feeling sad more often than usual, and I’ve also been experiencing a greater deal of anxiety. To pretend that everything is okay when it isn’t wouldn’t be honest. Life has its ups and downs, and I’ll continue to navigate through these feelings as they come and go.
Previously, when people have enquired about my mental wellbeing, I’ve typically responded with “I’m doing fine at the moment, but here are my struggles.” However, at present, I find myself directly immersed in it.
As a lifestyle enthusiast, I find that starting my day with a simple step forward helps me immensely. It’s all about getting my body moving and boosting circulation.
If I confess that I’m finding it tough at the moment, it means I’m not engaging in actions that are beneficial. Instead, opting to linger in bed and wallow in sadness throughout the day can lead me towards disappointment.
For quite some time, the famous model has been vocal about mental health issues and openly discussed her battles with anxiety on shows like “Keeping Up With The Kardashians” and her various social media outlets.
In addition to depression, anxiety is a frequently encountered mental health issue in the United Kingdom, impacting approximately 8.2 million individuals as of the year 2013.
Around 40million adults suffer from the condition in the US every year.
Kendall aims to open up discussions about anxiety and its impact on her life, with a focus on reducing the societal stigma surrounding mental health problems and anxiety.
The model has been balancing her modelling career as well as launching her own business, 818 Tequila.
But despite all of her recent success, Kendall said: ‘I do have that impostor syndrome of, like, Wait, this is all happening to me? What did I do to deserve it?’
