On Tuesday, Kelsey Parker posted a peek at her long-awaited family trip to Turkey on Instagram. This comes exactly a month after the heartbreaking loss of her third child.
In a sad turn of events, Tom Parker’s wife endured heartache in June when their first child together, Kelsey, born to her and boyfriend Will Lindsay, was stillborn.
Over the past month, the four-member family has faced a very challenging period following the distressing revelation. Kelsey mentioned that they’ve sought some much-needed rest and relaxation at the luxurious Liberty Signa hotel.
She recently posted a charming picture, capturing a moment with her six-year-old daughter Aurelia, basking in the sunlight together.
Kelsey radiated brightly, donning a stylish jumpsuit that boasted a striking pattern of white and black polka dots. She accessorized the outfit with a vibrant green handbag and sandals, opting for flip-flops.
She displayed her stunning grin while her young daughter embraced her, both of them striking a pose near the water for the photograph.
On Sunday, Kelsey posted a family picture featuring herself, Will, along with their kids, six-year-old Aurelia and four-year-old Bodhi, gazing out towards the ocean in a sunny spot.
Kelsey shouted out budget-friendly airline Jet2 for making the process so easy.
The doting mum simply wrote: ‘Exactly what we needed. Thank you @jet2 for making it so easy. X’
In the comments area, she received an outpouring of affection from fellow celebrities like Brooke Vincent and Lisa Baggs from Gogglebox.
Last month, Kelsey took to Instagram to share her heartbreaking news.
She sadly verified that she would be delivering her third child, a baby boy she intended to call Phoenix, a week too early, as he was due to arrive a week later.
In a heartfelt verse, she shared the news:
“Upon your arrival, the world fell still,
Yearned for you, awaited, but you weren’t real.
Our cherished son, our radiant beam,
Took winged journey in a quiet dream.
We’ve given you the name Phoenix, symbolizing bravery and radiance. Your spirit carries love, comfort, and illumination. Even though we never witnessed your tears, you’ll reside in hearts that won’t question your reasons.
Even though you’re not here to breathe or see, you remain the very heart of all I treasure. With each sigh and tear, you’ll travel with us, gently close at hand.
Sharing on my Instagram stories: I expressed: “Before I’m flooded with heartwarming messages and well-wishes, I simply wanted to express how much I value each and every message and shared sentiment that you will send me.
Given how fresh and shocking the news is, it’s crucial for us as a family to have some room and time to digest this heartbreaking and life-altering information.
As a die-hard admirer, let me express my heartfelt affection for each and every one of you. A sincere thanks for your patience and tolerance. Yours truly, Kelsey, Will, and the Parker clan, sending endless love.
After her husband Tom tragically lost his fight against brain cancer, Kelsey was left heartbroken. However, she discovered newfound love last year when she met Will, a tree surgeon, during a night out. They made their relationship public in September.
The podcaster later admitted to being targeted by online trolls for moving on with her new partner.
During an appearance on ITV’s Lorraine, in a joint interview that took place in March, she clarified: ‘Three years have passed since Tom’s demise, and it seems as if some individuals expect me to feel remorseful about finding happiness again.’
She stated, ‘I’ll never shake off this feeling of guilt, but the real challenge is that Tom is no longer around. So, what are they expecting from me?’
From being overwhelmingly filled with sorrow, our home has now transformed into a haven of joy. The children truly deserve this cheerfulness above all else.
As a compassionate advocate for empowered living, I’ve journeyed through challenging times and can emphatically say that I am moving forward with hope.
