Kelsey, 35, is hoping for a better year after a very difficult one. She’s considering trying to have a baby this year, which she’s excited about, and also wants to continue her charity work and raise awareness for the causes she supports.

I’ve been following Sarah’s story for a while now, and it always breaks my heart. She’s raising her two beautiful children, five-year-old Aurelia and four-year-old Bodhi, all on her own. Their dad, Tom, sadly passed away in 2022 after a really tough battle with a fast-moving brain tumor – he was only 33. It’s just incredibly sad.

She experienced another devastating loss in June when her first child with her boyfriend, Will Lindsay, was stillborn.

Kelsey explained she needed some personal space and felt overwhelmed, like she was carrying a huge burden.

In a recent video, she shared that she’s been feeling a bit quiet lately, and that’s perfectly alright. She emphasized that it’s normal to not always feel okay.

She went on to say that we all live in a world where people pretend to have everything under control.

Being strong isn’t always about pushing through. Sometimes it means facing things with a smile, and other times, it simply means needing a moment of peace and quiet.

Honestly, there are times when I desperately need a moment of peace. I just need room to breathe, to quiet the noise in my head and reconnect with who I am. It’s easy to get lost when life keeps moving, and for me, it always has – there’s rarely a pause.

I’ve raised my children, and it’s been a daily commitment – honestly, it’s not always easy.

You know, I often feel an immense weight of responsibility, like everything rests on my shoulders. It’s challenging, absolutely, but honestly, it’s always been my natural way of navigating life – taking on a lot and just… handling it. It’s what I do.

I keep moving forward, even when things get tough or I feel exhausted. My children are watching and learning from my example, and they are what give me strength, purpose, and a sense of calm.

‘I’m not ok, but I don’t have to be. None of us do.’

She emphasized the importance of staying positive and hopeful. She said she needs to keep progressing, keep loving, and maintain faith that things will improve, because they absolutely have to.

On Christmas Eve, Kelsey shared on social media that she had added her son’s name to the bench honoring Tom.

Kelsey posted a photo of a new plaque she had made. It says, ‘I walk towards my destiny with ease. Phoenix Parker-Lindsay.’

She then penned to fans: ‘Today we added our beautiful baby boy Phoenix to the bench with Tom.

I’ve always remembered Will caring for Tom’s kids, and now the roles are reversed – Tom is with Phoenix, taking care of him while Will is away.

Okay, so this psychic… she told me something incredible. She said she saw Tom holding Phoenix, actually caring for him. I know it sounds crazy, and honestly, I don’t care if you believe in mediums or not. It doesn’t matter! What matters to me is just knowing that’s a possibility, and it gives me such a sense of peace. It just… it does.

Knowing my beloved sons are together brings me comfort. Though they were taken from us much too early, they’ll always be in our hearts. I believe they’re watching over us, guiding our paths and sending us love in subtle ways.
