Kelsey Parker reveals heartwarming painting she was given in memory of her stillborn baby Phoenix: ‘A part of him is still here’

Kelsey Parker shared a touching painting she created to remember her baby, Phoenix, who was stillborn.

I’m absolutely devastated for her. It feels like just yesterday she was losing her incredible husband, Tom, way too young to that awful glioblastoma. And now, this… she was finally finding happiness again with Will, and they were so excited about their baby – their first together! But tragically, their little one was stillborn in June. It’s just… heartbreaking. I can’t even imagine how much pain she must be in.

Kelsey shared that Will’s godmother gave them a beautiful piece of art, which Kelsey says has brought her a lot of comfort.

The painting features a phoenix spreading its wings in front of an evening sky.

Kelsey shared that after the loss of their beloved dog, Phoenix, Will’s godmother, Teresa, gave them a beautiful painting of him. This thoughtful gift will help them always remember and cherish their furry friend.

‘I find such comfort standing in front of it, as if a part of him is still here with us.

Though our sweet baby is no longer with us, we cherish the nine wonderful months we shared. He grew within us, and a piece of him will always remain in our hearts. He was, and always will be, our beloved Phoenix.

Kelsey is also mother to Aurelia, five, and Bodhi, four, with her late husband Tom.

In June, Kelsey shared the sad news on Instagram that her third child had passed away just a week before her due date.

She shared the heartbreaking news with a poem, writing that the world fell silent with his arrival. Though deeply loved and eagerly awaited, her son was born with a condition that meant he wouldn’t stay long. She described him as her ‘angel light’ who was born with wings and quickly flew away.

We called you Phoenix, a name meaning courageous and radiant. You filled our lives with love, joy, and a gentle glow. Though we never heard your first cry, you’ll always be remembered with love, and we won’t need to question why your time was so short.

Though you’re no longer here to breathe or see, you remain incredibly important to me. I’ll carry you with me always, feeling your presence in every moment of joy and sorrow.

Just wanted to say thank you in advance for all the kind messages and well wishes I’m about to receive – I truly appreciate everything you share!

Because this news is so upsetting, we’d really appreciate some space and time as a family to come to terms with it.

We’re so grateful for all of your love, understanding, and respect for our privacy. With love, Kelsey, Will, and the Parker Family.

Kelsey was heartbroken when her husband, Tom, passed away after a fight with brain cancer. However, she found love again last year with Will, a tree surgeon she met while out socializing. They publicly announced their relationship in September.

The podcaster later admitted to being targeted by online trolls for moving on with her new partner.

In a recent interview on ITV’s Lorraine, she shared that it’s been three years since her husband, Tom, passed away, and she feels like people expect her to still be grieving and feel bad about continuing with her life.

It’s something I really struggle with, honestly. I’ll always feel guilty, but it’s just… it’s so painful that Tom is gone. I don’t even know what people expect me to do now, with him not being here anymore. It feels impossible.

Honestly, things used to be so dark around here, just…heavy with sadness. But now? It’s completely different. Seeing my kids genuinely happy…it’s everything. They deserve all the joy in the world, and I finally feel like they’re getting it.

It’s been a difficult journey, and while I’m finally starting to heal, I want other women to know it’s alright to move forward after a relationship ends. Letting go doesn’t diminish the love I once felt for Tom.
