Kelsey Parker admitted she knew her late husband Tom ‘would send the right man for her’ – weeks before revealing new romance

Kelsey Parker admitted she knew her late husband Tom 'would send the right man for her' - weeks before revealing new romance

As a lifestyle expert with a keen eye for the human spirit, I can’t help but be moved by Kelsey Parker‘s journey. Losing a loved one, especially a partner so young and vibrant, is an unimaginable tragedy. Yet, here she is, finding solace and moving forward, not just surviving, but thriving.

Previously, Kelsey Parker expressed her belief that her late spouse, Tom, would arrange for the perfect match for her, which turned out to be true, as she unveiled her new relationship several weeks later.

On a Sunday, a woman, who is a mother of two and 33 years old, posted a picture on Instagram of her latest companion, accompanied by a heart emoji in the caption.

In March 2022, Kelsey was left a widow, as her husband, Tom Parker (known for being part of the band The Wanted), passed away at the age of 33 following his struggle with brain cancer.

In November of that year, she started dating electrician Sean Boggans. However, they parted ways since then.

During an interview with OK! Magazine in June, Kelsey revealed that she trusts Tom to introduce the suitable guy for her.

She suggested: ‘If it’s destined, it’ll happen, and the person will likely be chosen by Tom. I believe he’s selecting them on my behalf.’

Speaking about her former boyfriend Sean Boggans, whom she started dating after Tom passed away, she commented: ‘I believe Sean came into my life for a purpose. At that point in my life, Sean was exactly what I required and he was truly remarkable.’

“I wouldn’t dream of speaking ill of him, but at this moment, it’s crucial for me to concentrate on my job and ensuring my kids have what they need.

Over the weekend, Kelsey posted a picture on Instagram showing herself snuggling with her latest companion.

She was full of joy as the duo shared a hug in an open-air setting, and Kelsey merely titled the post with a heart symbol.

Kelsey didn’t divulge any particulars concerning her latest beau, yet she was greeted with a number of encouraging communications from her famous pals.

Eight months following Tom’s passing in November 2022, she started seeing electrician Sean Boggans. However, their relationship didn’t last.

At a wedding in London’s Greenwich last October, their friendship began through mutual acquaintances. However, as the anniversary of Tom’s demise drew near, they parted ways.

According to a source from The Sun, Kelsey and Sean separated approximately when Tom’s anniversary came around. At that time, Kelsey was quite distracted, and she experienced a moment of instability. However, Sean continued to hold feelings for her and tried to win her back.

Following some conversations, they reconciled; the strength of her emotions towards him proved difficult to dismiss. Despite the challenges, she’s determined to make things work and take another chance together.

Sean served jail time following an unfortunate incident where he threw a fatal punch at Shaun McDermott, age 44, during a passionate dispute over a taxi, which took place outside the Havering Oak pub in Romford, Essex.

While he was anticipating his girlfriend to pick him up, a disagreement ensued between him and Shaun, leading to Shaun being shoved to the ground. Security camera footage subsequently showed the man (later identified as an electrician) departing from the area after the altercation.

Shaun was discovered by police laying on the pavement at about 1am with a brain haemorrhage. A postmortem found that he died as a result of head injuries, with Boggans handed a four-year sentence by a judge at the Old Bailey.

Even though Kelsey had found joy once more, she was bombarded with cruel comments suggesting she hadn’t adequately grieved, which she struggled to handle due to her difficulty coping.

Kelsey retaliated against the online bullies by telling The Daily Star, “Losing someone you cherish deeply underscores that we each have just one life.

Tom’s wish for me is that I find happiness. Since we only get one chance at life, it’s important to make the most of it. That’s the lesson he imparted to us.

Regarding dating once more, I believe the choice should be yours alone. After all, anything that brings joy to your life, you ought to pursue.

‘There is so much stigma on how you should grieve. People think you should wear black with a veil over my face and be a walking widow. But that’s not the case. I’m still young and I’ve got kids to look after.

‘There isn’t a manual on handling grief, so I encourage everyone not to fret over their grieving process, as there isn’t a single correct or incorrect method for dealing with loss.’

‘You could be smiling one minute and then deep in emotion the next minute. There is no wrong or right way.’

Previously, my late spouse was someone who cherished happiness above all else. If he were alive today, I firmly believe he would find joy in me finding love once more, after his passing.

For approximately thirteen years, she and Tom have been a couple. In the year 2016, they made their engagement public, and they tied the knot in a charming ceremony in Surrey in the year 2018.

In October 2020, Tom received a diagnosis of advanced glioblastoma, a type of brain cancer. Medical professionals estimated he had approximately one year left to live.

11 months after receiving his diagnosis in September 2021, Tom performed at the Stand Up to Cancer event held at the Royal Albert Hall. Remarkably, he also started a tour featuring his greatest hits along with his bandmates, once it was confirmed that the tumor had become stationary in November.

However, it was disclosed by a dear relative yesterday that Tom’s health took a turn for the worse after the tour concluded, leading to his passing in March of this year.
