Kelsea Ballerini and Chase Stokes have called it quits.

Country singer Kelsea Ballerini and actor Chase Stokes have ended their relationship after almost three years together, according to Ballerini’s representative who confirmed the split to People magazine on Saturday.

Okay, so I’m hearing from someone who *knows* that they really, truly tried. Like, they put everything into making things work, gave it their absolute best shot, but… it just didn’t happen. Apparently, it’s just one of those things, you know? It happens, sadly. I’m heartbroken for them, but at least they tried everything!

Just days before news of their split, Stokes was still showing the love. 

He marked Ballerini’s 32nd birthday on Instagram with a carousel of sweet snapshots.

He shared a photo with the message, ‘Even though you say you’re not thrilled about turning 32, I’m really looking forward to everything the future holds for us. Happy birthday, my love!’

The Daily Mail hasn’t received a reply after reaching out to representatives for both Ballerini and Stokes.

Kelsea Ballerini and Chase Stokes first gained public attention in early 2023 when the Outer Banks actor appeared in a photo with her at the national championship football game in California, sparking relationship rumors.

What started as gossip soon became official. By April, they publicly confirmed their relationship with a glamorous appearance at the CMT Awards, instantly becoming one of the most talked-about couples in the entertainment world.
