Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos Want to Adopt This Marriage Rule
Kelly Ripa and her husband Mark Consuelos frequently display their romantic moments on their daytime talk show, “Live! With Kelly and Mark.” A proposal by a recent guest immediately resonated with them, and they enthusiastically agreed to the suggestion.
In a recent disclosure, actor John Lithgow, aged 79, shared an amusing detail about his longtime partner: during their 43-year relationship, she had one straightforward rule regarding gifts – ‘no practical items.’
Mary Yeagar, a retired UCLA college professor was fixed up the the actor when he was out of work.

The actor mused, “Perhaps there’s something worth exploring here,” and indeed it turned out to be so, as he went on to say, “Funnily enough, we got married just over a year after that.
Lithgow revealed Yeagar made the ‘nothing useful’ gift rule ‘early on’ in their marriage.
The Kinsey star said he thought it was ‘the most romantic gift ever.’
According to Ripa, who is 56 years old, and Consuelos, also 56, it seems appropriate that those words are wedding vows, and they both seemed to concur with this view.
At the upcoming Oscars, the Conclave actor who is set to present revealed an interesting tidbit about his wife. During her previous marriage, she received common household items such as electric can openers. Since then, according to Lithgow, she has acquired more valuable possessions.
The couple does make some exceptions when it comes to practicality and romance.
Every time the two-time Academy Award nominee goes overseas for business, Yeager typically accompanies him near the conclusion of his trip for a short holiday.
He shared with People magazine in October that she usually visits him at various exotic destinations, just as his two-week vacation is drawing to a close.
By that point, I have a general idea about what needs to be done and I’m not as anxious anymore. After finishing the task, we plan to take a vacation to some destination.
‘It’s been completely wonderful.’
The actor and the professor share two adult children, Phoebe, 43, and Nathan, 42.
Lithgow is also dad to Ian, 53, from his first marriage.
