Kelly Osbourne shares her support for dad Ozzy as she watches him reunite with Black Sabbath for the final time in emotional show

On Saturday, Kelly Osbourne expressed her backing for her father Ozzy as she made her way to Birmingham for his last live performance.

76-year-old lead singer got together once more with his original Black Sabbath partners, Tony Iommi, Geezer Butler, and Bill Ward, for the initial time since 2005, in a heartfelt goodbye to their long-standing career of live stage performances.

Sharon, her long-time spouse (married since 1982 and a rocker), continues to show her unwavering support, expressing her enduring affection for him throughout the years, further solidifying her position as his biggest fan.

On her Instagram Story, Kelly, aged 40, posted a picture she took while driving with a companion.

She wrote: ‘On our way back to the beginning’.

Later on, I couldn’t contain my excitement when I spotted YungBlud, the musician I adore, unexpectedly dropping by to catch Black Sabbath perform, right before he took the stage for his headlining gig in Belgium that very evening.

At the event, Kelly was absolutely stunning, wearing a leopard-patterned gown, and sporting voluminous curls in her hair.

Two weeks back, the television personality shared a touching tribute on Father’s Day, featuring a compilation of photos and clips of herself and Ozzy, along with some scenes of him interacting with his grandchild.

She titled her post: “Father’s Day wishes for dad. You are loved more than anyone or anything else by me!

I’m incredibly proud to call myself your daughter, and it fills me with immense pride to witness you being an exceptional father, the finest #Papa, to my little one!

‘You are my #hero I love you soooooooooo f****n much!’

Over the weekend, fans were ecstatic when Ozzy Osbourne concluded his career with an electrifying show at Villa Park in Birmingham on Saturday evening.

Stepping onto the stage, Ozzy was visibly moved by the thunderous applause from the crowd. He expressed his gratitude to them heartwarmingly, and in a profound moment, shared: “I can’t express how much your support means to me.

The climactic encounter takes place with health worries surrounding Ozzy, as he has had seven operations over the past five years, one of them being his fourth spinal surgery in the year 2023.

As a devoted fan and supporter, I want to share that Ozzy, who’s been bravely fighting Parkinson’s since 2003, intends to continue creating music. However, he has chosen to bid adieu to live performances in what promises to be an emotional evening for all of us.

In just a few minutes, more than 42,000 enthusiastic fans flocked to Villa Park for the fittingly named “Back to the Beginning” concert. This remarkable event marked the highly anticipated return of Ozzy and Black Sabbath to their original home turf, a full 56 years since they first came together there.

In that remarkable instant, Ozzy, husband of Sharon Osbourne, made a grand entrance during his solo performance at the packed stadium, prompting thunderous applause that echoed everywhere.

Previously, the musician had expressed uncertainty about whether he would be standing or seated during his performance due to his spinal surgeries. However, he arrived on stage in a grand fashion, seated on a massive, black-quilted chair resembling a throne, adorned with a large bat atop it.

Amidst his band delivering an energetic rock performance, Ozzy showcased the enduring strength of his vocals by powerfully singing some of their most iconic heavy metal tunes.

With a flair of his signature eyeliner and dark fingernails, the “Lord of Darkness” donned a leather outfit, inciting excitement among the crowd as he mimicked listening to their cheers by placing his hand near his ear.

‘It’s so good to be on this f***ing stage,’ Ozzy admitted, before adding: ‘Let the madness begin!’

At a certain moment, he seemed deeply moved by emotion while expressing gratitude to the audience for their unwavering backing throughout his five-decade career in music.

He expressed profound gratitude, letting me know he had no words to describe his emotions, following Suicide Solution. From the depths of his heart, he thanked me.

To begin his performance, Ozzy launched into popular numbers such as “I Don’t Know” and “Blizzard of Ozz,” instantly getting the crowd moving and shouting with excitement.

With genuine enthusiasm, he seemed to be thoroughly enjoying himself during his last performance on stage, savoring each second while encouraging the audience and energetically waving his arms aloft.

As he concluded his brief, energetic performance of Crazy Train, he seemed utterly swamped by the throng, and a shower of confetti filled the air once the music ceased.

Once Ozzy had completed his individual performance, it was time for the main acts, Black Sabbath, to appear and wrap up the show. They did this by delivering an electrifying finale to the 10-hour-long concert.

Ever since their joint performance in 2005, Black Sabbath has occasionally taken the stage with some of its members, yet never as the original band lineup. Therefore, the event on Saturday carried significant weight and excitement for heavy metal enthusiasts worldwide.
