On Monday, Kelly Osbourne expressed a touching tribute to her followers via Instagram, expressing gratitude for their support in the wake of her father Ozzy’s passing on July 22nd.
In her emotional message, she shared that she is currently experiencing the most challenging phase of her existence and confessed that she won’t be in a good state for some time to come.
Kelly, aged 40, expressed: “I’ve attempted to put these thoughts into words a hundred times over, yet I’m uncertain if they’ll ever fully express my gratitude… From deep within me, I want to genuinely thank you.
The outpouring of affection, encouragement, and heartfelt messages from numerous individuals has been instrumental in helping me navigate the most challenging period of my existence. Each tender phrase, each recollected memory, each expression of empathy has held a value beyond what words could express.
Grieving can be an unusual experience – it often catches you unexpectedly, in surges or waves. For now, I won’t be all right for some time, but knowing my family isn’t alone in their sorrow brings a sense of comfort. I’m clinging tightly to the love, the hope, and the memories that remain as our guiding light.

As a dedicated devotee, I can’t help but feel the profound sorrow that grips my heart as I pen these words. Legendary Black Sabbath frontman Ozzy Osbourne, our icon, bid farewell to this world on July 22, at the age of 76. This week, he found his eternal resting place on the hallowed grounds of his English mansion.
In 1993, Ozzy Osbourne and his wife Sharon Osbourne purchased the 250-acre estate known as Welders House. As per an insider, this property was a sanctuary they frequently retreated to when seeking respite from their fame during the peak of his career.
They shared that back in the 1990s and 2000s, the mansion served as their sanctuary where they stepped away from the spotlight of show business to prioritize their family life instead.
In every triumphant echo of my idol’s unparalleled rock ‘n’ roll fame and stardom, it became crystal clear that beneath the glitz and glamour, he remained at his core, a devoted family man.
The Daily Mail has reached out to the Osbourne family for comment.
In the year 2022, Ozzy has shared his intentions to make Welders House his permanent residence once more, following a considerable amount of time spent predominantly living in Los Angeles over the years.
In 2020, when I learned about his Parkinson’s diagnosis, my passion for him led me to make some changes at my home. I built bat boxes and even constructed a special ‘rehabilitation wing’. It was my way of supporting him and showing my admiration.
In March of that year, proposals for facilities including a fitness center focusing on health and wellness, a swimming pool, and outdoor decking were forwarded to our local government for review.
However, it is believed that his struggle with Parkinson’s disease and a severe fall which worsened an existing quad bike injury may have caused a delay in his journey back to the UK.
