Kelly Clarkson Faces Major Setback as Vegas Tickets Go Unsold After Mysterious Show Absence

It appears that Kelly Clarkson might follow in the footsteps of Beyoncé and other prominent artists, as they’ve faced difficulties in selling tickets for their big shows in recent times.

Instead of leaving a large number of tickets for her forthcoming Las Vegas residency concerts unpurchased, the 43-year-old singer and talk show host now confronts the possibility of having to forfeit these tickets.

On Wednesday evening, approximately 70% of the tickets for her July 4 showcase at Caesar’s Palace Colosseum, available through Ticketmaster, remain unsold.

The issue isn’t limited to a single performance; instead, there are still plenty of tickets available for the following night and every show during the run, often even more than before.

A large proportion of the tickets available through Ticketmaster haven’t been resold, suggesting that most of them were originally bought and will be used for attendance.

Clarkson’s ticketing issues arise following difficulties faced by the highly renowned performer, Beyoncé, in selling tickets for her Cowboy Carter Tour. As a result, she had to lower ticket prices drastically in order to attract more fans and fill stadiums.

Clarkson begins her 18-date residency in Las Vegas on July 4, and it is planned to continue until November 15.

As a devoted fan, I must acknowledge that the high ticket prices for the concert of the artist known for “Since U Been Gone” could potentially hinder the sale of a substantial number of tickets.

On her Cowboy Carter Tour, Beyoncé has been lowering ticket prices in major cities to as low as $35 due to a lack of fan interest, but at the Colosseum, the most affordable seats, located in the remote sections towards the sides and including all fees, cost $85 for approximately 4,100 attendees.

For those wanting a seat near the center, it’s $133. But if you prefer the front center of the upper section, the cost increases to $249.

In the more central areas, prices range from approximately $230 to $350, while side sections can go for as little as $377 and up to $1,000 for the center.

Fans of Taylor Swift and Beyoncé had a fortunate opportunity to witness their tours through concert movies. However, surprisingly, Beyoncé’s film about her Renaissance Tour has not been released on any streaming platforms so far, even though it completed its theatrical release.

It’s not common for artists of caliber similar to Taylor Swift and Beyoncé to release tour itineraries, so fans should not anticipate this from many of their favorite artists.

Kelly has been emphasizing the fact that her tour boasts a bigger band, enhancing the richness of her musical arrangements.
