Kelly Brook’s Shocking Diet Revealed
Kelly Brook disclosed the modifications in her diet and daily routine that aided her in shedding approximately 14 kilograms prior to participating in the London Marathon.
Following her return to the UK from Los Angeles in 2017, the 45-year-old radio host found herself increasing from a size 12 to 16 due to neglecting her physical fitness routine.
Oh my goodness, if you’re wondering where I’ve been lately, let me tell you, I’ve been following Kelly’s incredible journey! You wouldn’t believe it, but she’s managed to shed an impressive two stones and just last weekend, she crossed the finish line at the London Marathon – a feat that left me speechless because, get this, she hadn’t even run a 5k before this year! Incredible, right? Her determination is truly inspiring.
During an intense training schedule alongside her husband, Jeremy Parisi (aged 39), the model endured a grueling regimen that eventually resulted in a foot fracture during the race. However, upon reaching the finish line and with tears streaming down her face, she expressed that it was all worthwhile.
Last year, during a private chat with TopMob, Kelly shared the specific diet she follows daily to keep her stunning figure in check.

Depending on her schedule, Kelly either enjoys a quick bite like a granola bar and coffee at home when she has time, or grabs a SlimFast shake on-the-go if she’s pressed for time.
For lunch, you can opt for another SlimFast shake, a meal bar from the weight loss brand, or a packet of pretzels as an alternative.
Kelly consistently makes sure to schedule dinner time, but as she explained, it’s a special moment they cherish together with her husband, Jeremy Parisi.
Jeremy always makes certain that a nutritious yet satisfying meal awaits her upon her return home, having wrapped up her duties as host of the Heart Radio afternoon program.
As a lifestyle aficionado, I find myself looking forward to arriving home to a delightfully prepared meal, all thanks to my considerate companion who never fails to create a warm ambiance by lighting a soft candle and setting the table.
His heritage is a mix of Italian and French, which means shared meals and plenty of walks are the norm for him, and that’s exactly what he enjoys doing.
We make an effort to stay active and maintain our health as a team. Weekends often find us exploring scenic trails with our beloved canine companion for about two hours at a time – something we truly enjoy!
We strongly prefer outdoor activities like walking our dog over staying at home and watching a film. It’s definitely part of our chosen way of life.

Indeed, I’m there for Kelly, supporting her every step of the way on her health and wellness adventure, yet our aim isn’t about achieving a particular weight loss goal. Instead, it’s all about improving her overall health and fostering a lifestyle that promotes well-being.
She stated: ‘Since Jeremy is of Italian descent, he tends to prefer full figures, so I can feel at ease on that matter.’
Kelly went on to say, “It’s crucial to understand that most people don’t focus on your appearance except for yourself. Instead, focus on what makes you feel great because constantly striving to meet someone else’s standards can be an endless struggle.
I am content and self-assured, and I believe my partner doesn’t pay much attention to changes in my weight. If you feel good about yourself, this sense of wellbeing can often foster greater intimacy.
Pondering over how my appearance has changed since my twenties compared to societal views on weight, Kelly pondered: ‘Back in my modeling years, I was often called curvy even though I was simply a typical, average-looking woman. In reality, I was much lighter than I am today!’
At that point in time, I stood out as a pioneer for plus-size or curvy models, as the fashion industry primarily emphasized the thin, delicate appearance. However, I had the opportunity to collaborate with lingerie brands that valued and showcased fuller figures.
In the world of men’s magazines, body curves were appreciated as well, meaning that I and other women with similar appearances were admired by men. However, the focus in women’s magazines was not as pronounced.
‘I think we’ve come on so far and we embrace so many different shapes and sizes now.’

She went on, expressing surprise at the shift in public sentiment: “I face criticism whenever I mention SlimFast, as comments flood in such as ‘Why are you promoting this? You don’t need it!’
‘And I have to explain it’s not about slimming down for me, it’s maintaining.’
As a devoted follower, I understand that catering to everyone’s preferences is an unattainable goal, and Kelly has shared with us her experience of being subjected to online harassment due to her physical appearance.
She reflected: “It might be surprising for them, considering I’m no longer the Nineties model they remember.
Currently, at the age of 44, she is both a wife and a host on a radio program. These days, there are essentially two distinct individuals to consider – one from her personal life as a married woman, and another from her professional role on the radio show. They are so dissimilar that it’s almost impossible to make any direct comparisons between them.
‘I don’t want to go backwards, I just want to move forward.
I feel quite content with both my personality and physical appearance, and I’m genuinely happy that I no longer struggle with body insecurities.
If someone encounters you and thinks, “Wow, I can barely recognize her,” they should simply adjust to the change.
The situation has nothing to do with my involvement; it’s entirely their responsibility. After all, if you compared a photo of them from 25 years ago to the present, I bet they would show noticeable changes too!
