I was so excited to see the photos from Kelly Brook’s new Next swimwear campaign! She looked absolutely amazing shooting in South Africa, and really showcased her figure in all the bikinis and swimsuits. It’s definitely given me some summer style inspiration!
The 46-year-old presenter and model, who lost 15 pounds during her time on ‘I’m A Celebrity’ last month, posted some behind-the-scenes photos and videos from the show on Instagram on Tuesday.
The star looked incredible while enjoying Pink Valley rosé wine, large chip butties nicknamed ‘The Gatsby,’ and assorted charcuterie boards.
Kelly seemed to be enjoying a perfect life in a beautiful, sunny spot. She was photographed relaxing on the beach, first in a leopard-print bikini and then in a patterned white swimsuit.
She posted photos of herself relaxing by the pool in a flattering green swimsuit, and had her makeup refreshed to look her best for the pictures.
She joined her teammates for a photo, wearing a burgundy outfit, and affectionately called them her ‘dream team’.
Kelly, who promotes Slim Fast, recently shared that she was suggested a weight-loss injection before appearing on a reality show filmed in the jungle.
Kelly recently shared on the ‘How To Fail With Elizabeth Day’ podcast that a doctor offered her the drug Mounjaro just last week, which she found surprising.
She added: ‘I said, ‘What do I need that for?’
He claimed everyone was already taking care of it, but I pointed out that wasn’t true for me. When I asked about possible side effects, he insisted there weren’t any.
We had a lengthy discussion, but I stuck to my guns. He understands I won’t be swayed because people keep trying to offer me things. I have my own preferences and know what I want.
Kelly said she’s open to cosmetic procedures and treatments, but she won’t be using weight-loss injections.
I really enjoy taking care of my skin with facials and massage. I get a little Botox to help with frown lines, but I do have limits. I’m very protective of my body and don’t like to overdo things when it comes to procedures.
‘I love my body, I absolutely love my body. I did a marathon this year, and I’m 45 years old.
I’m grateful for everything my body has allowed me to experience, and I embrace my natural shape. My husband appreciates it too. It’s a shame that so many women feel pressured to alter themselves.
As a lifestyle expert, I often talk about tools that can help people live their healthiest lives. Mounjaro is one of those tools – it’s a prescription medication doctors are using to help adults manage type 2 diabetes. And, importantly, it’s also being used to support weight management for those who are dealing with obesity or are overweight and have related health issues. It’s all about finding the right approach to help you feel your best.
The NHS defines obesity as having a Body Mass Index (BMI) between 30 and 39.9. A BMI of 40 or higher is considered morbidly obese.
Kelly didn’t make it to the final of I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here! after being voted off the show in December, becoming the fourth contestant eliminated.
Kelly explained that before going in, she’d told people she was planning to hit the gym and go on some long hikes. However, she admitted she hadn’t actually done any of those things.
I’ve been indulging a bit lately, enjoying treats like chocolate, roast dinners, and some wine to prepare for things.
I felt a bit uncertain too, but I realized my worry was mostly about my dog and how it would cope while I was gone.
I’m going to be completely unprepared, honestly. But I once did a month of vegan eating and survived on beans, so I’m used to simple food!
Kelly explained she felt ready to take on the show after successfully completing both the London Marathon and Celebrity Race Across The World with her husband, Jeremy Parisi.
She’s famous for her curvy figure and initially became well-known as a lingerie model and as a Page Three girl for The Daily Star newspaper.
