Kelly Brook looked thrilled as she swapped her swimsuit for a very small bikini during a jungle shower on Thursday’s episode of ‘I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!’, seemingly referencing her days as a glamour model.
The 45-year-old presenter showcased her swimwear collection while filming in a jungle shower, quickly changing into a patterned balconette bikini top and bottoms.
The model, who used to be known for her glamorous appearances, once said she was dedicated to her image as a ‘pin-up’ and even had her bikinis checked to make sure they looked good on camera.
While the others chose Ginge to lead for the day, she decided to try out the jungle shower and went down to the lagoon.
Kelly’s day began peacefully, but things quickly changed when she found out she’d be facing her fears at Camp Fright alongside Aitch and Ginge.
For her first challenge, she played “Knot Much Fun,” which involved untying four knotted ropes while confined in a box with her head inside.
With each passing moment, Kelly was joined by a new insect – mealworms, cockroaches, crickets, scorpions, and even giant cockroaches – and each insect was represented by a rope.
Kelly tied the final knot just as time ran out, earning four stars for her camp.
Oh my gosh, then came Rotten Removals, and it was AMAZING! Ginge had to find new homes for all sorts of creatures – toads, mostly, which was cute – but then…SPIDERS! Huntsman spiders, his absolute WORST NIGHTMARE! I was on the edge of my seat, I swear!
Gathering his courage with encouragement from his teammates, he successfully moved the two spiders and earned four stars for the camp.
Finally, Aitch faced the last challenge, Harshmallows, which involved eating four raw fish eyes skewered on sticks.
Kelly and Jack Osbourne’s disagreement on the show ‘I’m A Celebrity’ has become more complicated with the recent arrival of new contestants Vogue Williams and Tom Read Wilson.
Jack and Kelly have butted heads over cooking and preparation of food in camp.
In previous episodes, Jack acted as the camp’s cook, but Kelly later pointed out that he didn’t allow her to assist.
Vogue, 40, and Tom, 39, made their jungle debut in tonight’s episode as the annual latecomers.
The leaders are enjoying a comfortable stay in a special lodge, complete with cozy beds and full control over everything happening in camp.
In their new roles, the pair had to assign duties and chores to their fellow campmates.
The team chose Kelly to be a camp chef, noting her resemblance to Nigella Lawson, and Martin Kemp will be helping her with the cooking.
As for Jack, he and ex-EastEnders actress Shona McGarty ultimately ended up with dunny duty.
Noticing the tension, Jack shared with the other contestants that he felt people were pushing back against Vogue and Tom. He explained it like this: ‘It’s not fair for someone to come in late and try to control things, after everything has already started.’
Kelly and Jack first clashed over the preparation of potatoes after she criticised his technique.
Viewers called Kelly ‘insufferable’ on Wednesday’s episode after a disagreement with Jack about cooking their eel dinner, which ultimately made her gag at the smell.
On Wednesday’s episode of I’m A Celebrity, Kelly shared a memorable jungle shower experience with her fellow contestants, Shona McGarty and Alex Scott.
I was instantly captivated when she stepped out wearing this gorgeous swimsuit! It was a low-cut style with a beautiful palm leaf print, and she finished the look by sweeping her hair up into a chic, high bun. It was just perfect!
As she walked to the creek with her fellow campers, she playfully splashed around with Alex, jokingly calling herself ‘Jungle Woman’ while they all pulled Shona into the water.
Their enjoyment didn’t last long, though. They soon saw leeches in the creek and immediately scrambled out.
Kelly described a terrifying experience to the Bush Telegraph, saying they narrowly avoided being swarmed by leeches. She exclaimed that they barely managed to escape the pool in time, fearing they would be covered and ‘eaten alive’.
Before heading into the jungle, the presenter shared with the Mail on Sunday that she’s packed a variety of bikinis and hasn’t yet decided which ones she’ll wear on the show.
‘They’ve all gone off to wardrobe to get tested on camera, so they’ll decide for me.’
She began her career in the nineties as a glamour model, appearing on the covers of men’s magazines. Later, she became a successful television presenter.
She first became well-known as a glamour model in tabloid newspapers, but she told ITV viewers that she’s no longer the same young woman she once was, and isn’t a bikini model anymore.
I’ve changed a lot over time, both in life and physically, and I really just want people to accept me as I am today, rather than focusing on how I used to be.
