As a dedicated follower of all things celebrity, I must say that Kelly Brook’s journey on Race Across The World has truly inspired me. Having been a fan of hers for years, it was fascinating to see her transform throughout this adventure.

Fans will soon see her Race Across The World in BBC’s upcoming celebrity series.

After being part of the successful series, Kelly Brook expressed that she feels ‘free’ upon her experience.

Kelly Parisi and her husband, Jeremy, are competing against other famous duos in a race spanning 12,500 kilometers across South America, all while maintaining a tight budget and relinquishing the use of mobile phones.

For Kelly, the show has boosted her self-confidence significantly. She openly shared that she’s now comfortable using public transportation, an accomplishment she hadn’t dared to achieve for many years due to feelings of unease.

In her conversation with RadioTimes, she shared, “I had always avoided using public transportation due to my fear of being identified, but after the race, I hopped onto the subway without a second thought. Now, I ride buses and trains frequently everywhere, and it feels incredibly freeing.”

During her trip, Kelly found that spending time without their phones and immersing themselves in the local lifestyle with her husband was the most memorable part of the journey for her.

In my journey as a lifestyle expert, I’ve learned the importance of stepping outside my comfort zone, having personally experienced the transformation from a self-proclaimed ‘diva.’ I remember moments when I had to don attire that, according to my previous standards, could be considered ‘unflattering.’ However, these experiences were pivotal in my growth and understanding that true style is about embracing oneself and experimenting fearlessly.

Kelly mentioned that the timing of this program was perfect, as it provided her with the necessary confidence to express herself more openly regarding her identity.

Similarly, when I requested a better seat for the night bus, it wasn’t about being high-maintenance; it was about finding comfort. I empathize with Jeremy though, as he’s quite competitive and hesitant to spend money.

Many people playfully speculated that our marriage could withstand such trials, given our decade-long bond. We’re well acquainted with each other’s strengths and flaws, making us a formidable team. He’s more analytical, like a calculator, while I provide direction, similar to a compass.

In my fervent enthusiasm, I exclaimed: “Being phone-less was blissful! Stepping away from the tourist trail and immersing myself in local life was truly invigorating. The warmth and generosity shown by unfamiliar faces never cease to amaze me.”

In the next installment of the show’s famous celebrities version, Ted Lasso cast members and well-known television hosts will compete against each other. Their challenge is to navigate towards a specific location without relying on cell phones or cash.

In the upcoming competition, Ted Lasso’s associate Kola Bokinni along with his cousin, Mary Ellen, will go head-to-head with TV host Jeff Brazier and his son, a 20-year-old named Freddy.

Host Scott Mills and his partner Sam (who was previously his fiance) are also planning to participate with the aim of being declared victorious in this challenge.

The adventure starts at Belém, located in Northern Brazil, which serves as the entrance to the Amazon. They’ll be visiting a total of five control points, traversing South America from end to end.

They will do all they can to reach the finish line in the Andes, Frutillar in Southern Chile.

Gathering alongside the famous figures will be their closest family members and friends, offering an exclusive perspective on individuals we believed we understood, seen through the lens of those who are most intimate with them.

On Wednesday, 14th August at 9pm, the critically acclaimed TV series produced by Studio Lambert, which has earned a BAFTA award, will air on both BBC One and iPlayer.
