Kelly Brook flaunts her incredible figure in a floral bikini as she shares her holiday style tips while soaking up the sun in Jamaica

Kelly Brook showed off her amazing physique in a floral bikini while offering some vacation style advice during her sunny getaway to Jamaica on Tuesday.

The 36-year-old model and TV personality is spending the week relaxing in luxury at the five-star Sandals Dunn’s River resort with her husband, Jeremy Parisi.

Kelly spent Tuesday relaxing by the pool, and that evening, back at her hotel, she showed off her vacation style in a swimsuit.

She showed off her gorgeous curves in the matching set which she teamed with a pink silk co-ord. 

Kelly showcased her lingerie and bikini collection for Next during her trip, and shared on social media her excitement about the new bikini designs.

The popular television and radio personality recently shared that she was offered a weight-loss injection before entering the ‘I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here!’ jungle last year.

Kelly recently shared on the ‘How To Fail With Elizabeth Day’ podcast that a doctor offered her the drug Mounjaro just last week, which she found surprising.

She added: ‘I said, ‘What do I need that for?’ 

He assured me everyone was already taking care of it, but I told him that wasn’t true for me. When I asked about potential side effects, he claimed there weren’t any.

We had a lengthy discussion, but I stuck to my guns. He’s aware I won’t be swayed because people keep trying to offer me things, but I’m confident in my own preferences.

As someone who often talks about self-care and feeling your best, I’ve always been open about exploring options like cosmetic procedures and little ‘tweaks’ to enhance your appearance. But honestly, I’ve made a personal decision not to use weight-loss injections – that’s one line I won’t cross when it comes to my body.

Okay, so she finally admitted it! She loves her pampering – facials, massages, the works! And yes, she gets a little Botox, which, honestly, good for her! She says she frowns a lot, and who doesn’t? But the thing is, she’s so protective of her body, and I totally get it! She really cherishes it, and it shows. It’s amazing to hear her be so open about taking care of herself, especially when it comes to something so personal. I’m obsessed with how much she values her well-being!

‘I love my body, I absolutely love my body. I did a marathon this year, and I’m 45 years old.

I’m grateful for everything my body has allowed me to experience, and I embrace my figure. My husband appreciates it too. It’s a shame that so many women feel pressured to alter themselves.

Kelly and her husband, Jeremy, got married in 2022. They then appeared together in a three-part series called La Vita Italiana on ITV’s This Morning, which documented Kelly adjusting to life with Jeremy and his family at their farm in Arpino.

Kelly recently revealed that she and Jeremy have a very active sex life, joking that a week apart feels like a long time.

Last December, when she appeared on ‘I’m A Celebrity’ in Australia, she and her partner spent more time apart than they had in the eight years since they first met.

In a subsequent interview with The Sun, she playfully hinted at a very active sex life with her partner, mentioning there have been periods where they were intimate daily.

The celebrity commented that a week is a significant amount of time to be without intimacy in a relationship. They believe that after a week, one person should take the initiative, and if neither does, it’s unusual.

It’s easy to stay active and healthy while on vacation, but it’s much harder to keep that up when we’re back home.

Kelly explained that sometimes their dog sleeps in the bed, which makes them feel more like roommates than a couple. She admitted it’s difficult to maintain romance constantly and clarified they aren’t intimate every day.
