As I delve into the captivating narrative of Kelly Cates and her partner, it’s evident that their lives are a testament to resilience, adaptability, and the pursuit of challenges. With their journey on Race Across the World serving as a beacon of unity and determination, they continue to push boundaries in their personal and professional lives.

Kelly Brook and her spouse, Jeremy Parisi, aspire to be the latest popular TV duo, as they feel that their frequent disagreements make them appear more “real” or “down-to-earth.

44-year-old model and host expressed disapproval towards acting pairs that exaggerate their on-screen romance for the sake of authenticity, presenting a less than genuine interaction to viewers.

To TopMob, the ex-actress emphasizes that her marriage with Frenchman Jeremy, whom she wedded in 2022, aims not for perfection but rather uniqueness, differentiating their on-screen relationship from other television duos.

Following their participation on BBC’s Celebrity Race Around the World, Kelly shared that the audience got acquainted with Jeremy, a man who was initially mute in English upon his arrival in the UK.

Currently, they are appearing in the three-part miniseries titled “La Vita Italiana,” produced for ITV’s This Morning. In this series, Kelly experiences a change as she settles into life at Jeremy’s Italian family residence and farm located in Arpino.

Additionally, Kelly is eagerly anticipating that the series might be renewed for a larger production, since the duo is planning a semi-permanent relocation to picturesque rural Italy.

She stated, “We’re just an ordinary pair. Unlike many television couples who strive to present an unattainable ideal, we aim for authenticity over perfection.

In our case, we bicker, collaborate, and cherish one another, striving to be as ordinary and relatable as the next couple. Our dynamics, it appeared, resonated with viewers during Race Across the World. We’re simply authentic in our bond.

Kelly developed feelings for Jeremy following a direct message exchange on Instagram, where they bonded over their shared passion for martial arts and physical fitness exercises.

In the blossoming stages of my romantic journey, I found myself frequently grappling with language barriers, as French and Italian were my dominant tongues. Jeremy, on the other hand, was primarily fluent in English. Yet, our shared love transcended these linguistic hurdles, weaving a beautiful tapestry of understanding and affection.

The radio host assumed the task of an interpreter, acknowledging that she could still articulate Jeremy’s thoughts even though he is proficient in English now.

She mentioned: ‘Others may think I often dominate conversations with Jeremy. This is primarily because I tend to speak excessively, and when Jeremy initially moved to the UK, he didn’t know any English. As a result, I found myself talking on his behalf quite frequently, and I haven’t managed to break free from this pattern since then.’

From her debut hosting role on The Big Breakfast in 1999 through to multiple magazine covers and regular appearances on ‘World’s Sexiest Women’ lists, Kelly has certainly shed any timidity she may have once had.

Now, she’s urging Jeremy to pick up charm from her, mentioning, “He’s an ordinary guy, you know? He isn’t a famous personality.

She went on to say: ‘In truth, he detests being the focus of attention. With his recent fame, he finds himself needing to interact with people more and adapt, which isn’t easy for him. Unlike me, he hasn’t been in this line of work for a long time; I’ve grown accustomed to it.’

Despite the fact that we’re on shows like This Morning or Loose Women, he often finds it difficult because these situations push him beyond his comfort zone.

I encourage him to venture beyond his familiar boundaries and showcase his abilities, as he has much to contribute. It’s beneficial that we complement each other well in our partnership.

On “La Vita Italiana,” viewers now get an opportunity to delve deeper into Jeremy’s journey, as this show, initially produced as a TV pilot, gained traction and was later picked up by “This Morning” due to the increasing popularity of the featured couple.

She said: ‘We shot it on Jeremy’s farm a couple of years ago to showcase who Jeremy is, where he comes from, the family, where we got married, the fact he’s from this olive oil farm…

However, at that time, Jeremy was largely unknown to many. Yet, following his participation in Race Across the World, there seems to be a growing curiosity about him. We revisited this opportunity and This Morning expressed interest, wanting us to create additional films on Jeremy’s farm. Consequently, we returned.

It has a feel similar to a smaller version of Clarkson’s Farm, offering glimpses into what a longer TV series might look like. We believe this format is ideal for viewers of This Morning.

The Heart Radio host mentions that she can’t imagine a more ideal chance for the couple to deepen their relationship with their fans as they chase their Italian dream, by securing a long-term deal for the show to continue.

She expressed her deep affection for Arpino, stating how much she enjoys visiting and being in the place. If given the opportunity to work there and produce a television program, it would be the ultimate dream. She finds nothing more desirable.

“I plan to make an attempt at realizing this goal, by expressing my intentions outwardly. Three years ago, when we visited New York, I told Jeremy that I believed it takes three years to bring something into being; so, we decided to…

‘I said, I think we should do a TV show in Italy on your farm, it would be so lovely, we went down Little Italy in New York, and we went in all the different restaurants and eating cannolis and we spent a week manifesting this idea and three years later we filmed it and it’s on the TV. It’s magic.’

A new TV show is not the only ambition Kelly is manifesting.

Next year, the star will be participating in the London Marathon for the very first time alongside her husband Jeremy, as they venture into their latest endeavor following “Race Across the World.

As a devoted duo, my partner and I are thrilled to join forces with the renowned shower and bath brand, Radox. We’ve made a promise to complete the 2025 marathon, and to make that happen, I’ve meticulously planned a training schedule for us both. My aim is to help Kelly and me cross the finish line in our finest form and time.

Kelly mentioned that neither of them had ever completed a marathon before, but they were thrilled about it. After their experience with Race Across the World, which they enjoyed immensely, they were seeking their next adventure. The task was tough, but they loved it. Despite being together for ten years, they weren’t sure how they would react in such situations. This marathon seemed like a perfect match for them.

We’ve often enjoyed going for runs side by side, not over such a great distance or length, but sharing the joy of running and spending time outdoors has always been something we both appreciate.

Even though they’ve been training together, Kelly admits that this demanding task could put their relationship to the test, since it requires significant physical and mental exertion.

She mentioned: ‘The training will be tough, especially since I’m usually not synchronized with Jeremy as he doesn’t wait for me. But that’s fantastic because it means he can beat me home, prepare a soothing Radox bath with salts for me… I have the perfect plan.’

Our approach will be to work on it collaboratively, and Jeremy has already mapped out a timeline for us. Rest assured, things should go smoothly, but we need to keep track of other aspects as well.

The most challenging aspect lies in synchronizing our training sessions, maintaining unity, and concurring on a suitable training regimen. Each of us moves at varying speeds, and there are instances when I may push myself intensely one week only to desire less strenuous exercise the next. Similarly, you might find yourself brimming with energy for training at different times.

Occasionally, we excel at boosting one another, yet there are moments when our thoughts diverge significantly… This experience is likely to be a voyage for us. However, I can assure you that come the year 2024, without having started training in August, I will conquer that marathon with ease!

Kelly, recognized for her well-proportioned physique, mentioned that she doesn’t have a specific weight loss target while preparing for the London Marathon. Instead, she plans to concentrate on recuperation and taking good care of her body due to the rigorous nature of the race.

She stated: “I aim to optimize both my appearance and wellbeing by taking care of myself, ensuring I am the best version of me. This isn’t for anyone else; it’s all about self-care and personal health. I want to remember that this involves nurturing my body, muscles, recovery, and not overexerting myself.

Kelly and Jeremy are offering two spots for participating in the London Marathon 2025, sponsored by Radox. They invite ambitious runners to seize this extraordinary opportunity.

To find out more about the contest, check out the couple’s social media platforms on Tuesday, November 19th.
