Kelli Ferrell Breaks Silence on Kenya Moore’s Firing: Will She Return to RHOA?

Last month on her YouTube channel, Kenya expressed her thoughts about the recent incident on RHOA. She offered an apology, stating, “What I did was incorrect. I shouldn’t have carried out that action in my salon, which I put so much effort into building. I regret sharing those photos because it was not appropriate. Although I didn’t break any laws, I am deeply sorry for my actions.

I myself sought guidance from a seasoned local legal expert, who enlightened me on both the intricacies of federal law and the specifics of Georgia state law.

She asserted that the images she posted were already publicly accessible on the internet, not that she engaged in revenge porn. Instead, she shared a photograph that could be found online without any issues regarding privacy or ill intentions.

Despite Kenya not being part of the upcoming shows this season and allegedly not invited to the Season 16 reunion, Kelli hints that there are many exciting developments yet to unfold as fresh episodes air every Sunday.

She expressed that they enjoyed themselves immensely, as they went on a fantastic cast trip in Grenada and experienced some memorable moments, including those involving cookies. Additionally, the finale was quite intense, she hinted. Overall, she emphasized that this season is exceptional, with its quality being consistently high from beginning to end.

In February 2025, Chuvalo petitioned to reduce his monthly child support payments from $3,991, citing a significant decrease in his income and financial situation. This change occurred because he is no longer employed with the family business.

Due to Chuvalo not actively participating in the court case, it was closed on May 5 because there was no further action being taken.

Kelli opened up to DailyMail.com, discussing the experience of her divorce being filmed, which stood in stark contrast to her previously private lifestyle.

She expressed that it’s not pleasant to display suffering and anguish prominently, particularly for her children and daughters. She emphasized that she always strives to conceal such aspects. However, she acknowledged that when one enters reality TV, there’s a need to reveal this side of things.

I regret to say, yet I can’t alter this fact – my truth remains mine. It’s not something I wish were different, but unfortunately, this is my current situation, isn’t it?

Even after shelling out approximately ‘$200,000’ in legal costs, she maintains hope and strives to remain optimistic.

Despite all that I’ve experienced over the past three years, I am striving to maintain an optimistic perspective about the final outcome. Furthermore, my children are my greatest treasures, and I can’t help but wish for their happiness, she conveyed.

Even if I’m experiencing strong emotions about it, if the outcome leads to their well-being, safety, and improvement, then I’m at peace…I understand that [divorce] isn’t simple, so I strive to maintain a positive outlook and simply wish for the best possible outcome.

As she enjoys her independence and dedicates time to her children, she’s also diligently expanding her business, Nana’s Chicken-N-Waffles. Currently, there’s an establishment in McDonough, Georgia, and another one is set to debut this summer in Sandy Springs.

Apart from that, she’s currently developing a “Mommy and Me” cookbook as well. This would be her second book after publishing “Cooking with Kelli” in 2019.
