“I won’t be stepping foot inside a gym for a two-hour cardio session. However, I assure you that I will find ways to maintain my fitness levels without much struggle and wind up in excellent physical condition right here.

In a similar vein, the country singer noted that keeping his reliable guitar on while performing was beneficial for maintaining his peak physical condition.

I’m wearing a 10-pound wooden beam around my neck while I sing, and I truly cherish the physical aspect and freedom of expressing myself through my performances.

This year, I can’t help but look back and feel incredibly grateful for having met the one and only Keith, exactly twenty years ago. Reflecting on our remarkable journey together, it’s like reliving the most beautiful dream over and over again.

‘I’m so lucky that I have Keith who’s my deep, deep love,’ she told People magazine.

She’s incredibly fortunate to have Keith around, as he empowers her to venture out and handle whatever tasks are necessary, knowing she always has a safe return.

The power couple married in 2006 and share daughters Sunday, 16, and Faith, 13.
