In a surprising turn of events, the catchy tune from “A Minecraft Movie” titled “Steve’s Lava Chicken Song” has managed to secure a spot on Billboard’s prestigious Hot 100 chart. This short, 34-second melody beats out previous record holders like Kid Cudi’s “Beautiful Trip” (37 seconds) and Pikotaro’s “PPAP (Pen-Pineapple-Apple-Pen)” (45 seconds), making it the briefest song ever to make the Hot 100 list. As of May 3, according to Billboard, this tune debuted at number 78 on their chart.

Compared to “Pete Davidson” by Ariana Grande, which is about a minute and 13 seconds long, the shorter song “Steve’s Lava Chicken” stands out as the longer option.
