Kayla Itsines, the fitness entrepreneur, now lives in the same Gold Coast area as her former partner, Tobi Pearce, after six years apart.
Kayla Itsines, the co-founder of the popular fitness app Sweat, and her husband, Jae Woodroffe, recently purchased a $13 million home in Mermaid Waters.
Just three minutes from Kayla Itsines’ home, fitness entrepreneur Pearce and his wife, Rachel Dillon, bought a waterfront property in 2023 for $7.3 million.
Kayla Itsines and her partner, Tyson Woodroffe, looked at many properties on the Gold Coast before finding the perfect house to buy.
This luxurious five-bedroom, four-bathroom home offers a resort-like experience with 81.5 metres of waterfront access. It includes amenities like a tennis court, an infinity pool, a cocktail bar, and a spacious marble terrace perfect for entertaining.
The property also includes a pontoon and boat shed directly on the water’s edge.
Kayla, a popular wellness influencer with over 15 million followers, said finding a home was harder than she expected.
‘We struggled with the search initially, but since bringing the team at Cohen Handler on board we’ve built a really strong partnership,’ she told Realestate.com.au.
They consistently find and secure ideal properties for us, perfectly timed with our needs. We look forward to a continued partnership as we expand our investments.
The purchase further expands the fitness entrepreneur’s growing property empire.
I was absolutely floored when I heard she sold her stunning, renovated 1920s bungalow in Malvern, Adelaide, back in March of this year! It went for a record-breaking $7.3 million – can you believe it? It’s such a beautiful home, but that price is just incredible.
That same year, I was so happy to see Kayla move to Queensland! It meant she was closer to Tobi Pearce, who’s not only her business partner but also the father of their adorable daughter, Arna. It’s wonderful seeing them all in the same place.
She married Woodroffe in December 2023, and the couple also have a young son, Jax.
Pearce lives in a spacious five-bedroom, three-bathroom home close by, with beautiful views of the water.
The previous owners bought the property on the site in 2018 for a mere $1.07million.
They demolished the original house on the waterfront property and built the stylish, two-story home that stands there now.
The home features a spacious, open layout with beautiful engineered oak floors and high, vaulted ceilings, creating a bright and relaxing, vacation-like feel.
The property includes an outdoor kitchen, spaces for dining outside, a home cinema with six seats, a games room, and a pontoon for easy water access.
Kayla Itsines and Fiona Pearce initially gained international recognition with their Bikini Body Training guides, which later led to the creation of the Sweat fitness app.
In 2021, the two owners sold their business to iFIT, a US company, for over $150 million. Then, two years later, they repurchased it.
The deal significantly increased their wealth, with estimates placing each person’s net worth around $170 million.
In November, Kayla’s net worth was revealed in the Financial Review 2025 Young Rich List.
As a lifestyle expert, I’m always keeping an eye on who’s making waves, and this influencer is definitely one to watch! She recently cracked the top 40 on Australia’s richest list, and it’s incredible – her fitness business is now valued at a massive $176 million. It just goes to show what’s possible with dedication and a great brand!
She started the new financial year significantly wealthier, adding $5 million to her net worth and solidifying her position as one of the richest young fitness influencers in Australia and New Zealand.
