Kayla Itsines Stuns in Bikini on 34th Birthday Celebration in Bali!

On her 34th birthday, which fell on a Wednesday, Kayla Itsines marked the occasion by posting some scorching photos and video clips across her social media platforms while she was in Bali.

On a luxurious yacht’s deck, the fitness enthusiast displayed her remarkably sculpted figure, clad in a vibrant red bikini top, alongside her partner Jae Woodroffe. They were all smiles and enjoying the radiant tropical sunlight, their laughter filling the air.

She completed the effortless look with denim cut-off shorts, a brown cap and beaming smile. 

In the first person: I snapped a photo of us beaming with joy and enthusiasm, creating quite a spectacle on an idyllic beach. Afterward, we ventured into the crystal-clear waters for a refreshing swim.

Afterward, Kayla posted exclusive videos from her stay at the retreat, which featured a Pilates session where she looked stunning in a brown athletic ensemble, highlighting her remarkably toned midsection and elongated physique.

Kayla is well known for keeping her figure in top shape – and she insists it’s easy to do.  

I’ve just revealed my precise daily regimen, which takes only 28 minutes, designed to sculpt your body into the epitome of perfection.

Each circuit lasts around seven minutes and includes four organized sequences of physical exercises.

On Instagram, Kayla shared that each circuit consists of performing four different exercises repeatedly until a timer goes off.

The first exercise circuit involves performing ten lunges, fifteen squats, ten push-ups, and twenty step-ups consecutively. This sequence is repeated a total of seven times over a span of seven minutes.

Kayla advises resting once the timer has gone before moving on to circuit two.

Circuit two comprises of 10 sit-ups, 15 jump squats, 40 mountain climbs and 15 tricep dips. 

The circuit should also be repeated for a total of seven minutes.

‘Repeat circuit one, rest, repeat circuit two, done,’ she added.

A fitness specialist affirms that a daily morning exercise regimen brings numerous benefits, yet they also advocate for the merits of working out at other times during the day as well.

Kayla mentioned that working out in the morning can boost your spirits, leading to increased awareness about your wellbeing, which might encourage you to opt for healthier food decisions.

Kayla and husband Jae Woodroffe, 34, tied the knot in December 2023.
