On June 4th, 9th, and 10th, the popular singer will be putting on three concerts at the Qudos Bank Arena in Sydney, featuring a mix of her timeless classics and some fresh tunes from her recently released album titled “143”.

Due to a wave of criticism in recent months, tickets for the pop star’s concert tour have been fiercely sought after. In response to the overwhelming fan base, the artist behind the hit song “Roar” has added two additional shows during the Australian leg of the tour.

In February, Katy announced on Instagram that she had scheduled an additional performance at Sydney’s Qudos Bank Arena for June 4 and another in Melbourne at Rod Laver Arena on June 7 to initiate the Australian leg of her tour.

The award-winning sensation shared that she was deeply moved by the triumph of her Australian tour, as every show is now fully booked.

In her announcement caption, Katy expressed her astonishment over the extraordinary interest in THE LIFETIMES TOUR. To ensure that every Aussie fan gets a taste of this amazing spectacle, she’s planning an extra show in Sydney and one more in Melbourne.

Katy will now play a hefty 15 Australian shows.

She revealed the Australian Lifetimes tour a few days before her performance at the AFL Grand Final in September.

Initially, the tour only had a single performance scheduled in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, and Perth. But due to high fan enthusiasm, it was necessary for Katy to organize additional shows in Sydney and Brisbane.

Disappointed Adelaide spectators vented their dismay at not witnessing Katy live, yet they didn’t have to wait long before getting another opportunity.

Listening to fan protests, Katy eventually added a run of four shows in the City of Churches.

‘I heard you loud and clear Adelaide, I got you!’ Katy wrote on Instagram.

Additionally, more performances by the Teenage Dream sensation were scheduled in Melbourne and Perth due to growing interest in her shows.
