The pop artist known for “Firework,” turning 40 this year and suggesting a split with her actor partner through her latest album titled “143,” sought a temporary protective order against a homeless individual who repeatedly visited her residence in Santa Barbara, as reported by TMZ.

Just a few days ago, news broke out about the separation of the singer and their partner, both aged 48, who have been together for nine years and share a four-year-old daughter named Daisy.

On June 18th, court records show that Katy applied for a temporary restraining order against an individual named Ross Elliott Hendrick. The documents were made available to the media on Monday.

Perry asserts that a homeless individual has dropped by her property multiple times during May, and he persists in coming back.

On his initial attempt to break into her house in Santa Barbara, he was apprehended. It was reported by her security personnel that Hendrick carried a butane lighter and an aerosol can at the time of the incident.

On his second visit to the pop star’s residence, the individual covered the security entrance with a blanket.

Katy’s security has backed up her worries and agree that Hendrick could pose a potential threat. 

She’s asked the homeless individual to maintain a distance of 100 yards not just from her personally, but also from her houses, workplace, vehicle, and her former partner, Orlando Bloom.

The legal papers were submitted on the 18th of June, just prior to when news broke about Perry and Bloom’s split.

On the same day as well, the actor posted a mysterious message to his Instagram stories following his breakup with former partner Katy Perry on Monday.
