Katy Perry reveals the ‘weird thing’ she does before getting into bed: ‘I swear by it’
As a devoted Katy Perry fan from California, I simply can’t help but feel like we’re practically family after watching her spill her favorite products for British Vogue’s In the Bag series. It was like peeking into the life of an old friend, and boy, did she not disappoint!
Katy Perry has recently shared her preferred items in the latest installment of British Vogue’s ‘In My Bag’ feature.
As a die-hard fan of this incredible 39-year-old pop icon, I’ve been eagerly awaiting every move she makes, and her latest release has not disappointed! She just dropped an enthralling music video for her song “Lifetimes,” and in true style, she accessorized with a grand, black Hermès bag that was the perfect complement to the six-minute spectacle. This video offered me a fascinating glimpse into what this star carries with her on a regular basis, and I can’t help but feel even more connected to her through it all!

After revealing her hit song “California Gurls,” she added, “I always run a lint brush over the soles of my feet before climbing into bed.”
With a touch of warmth, she remarked, ‘Does that sound odd? Don’t we all harbor quirky aspects? I believe we do. I’ve just made mine public knowledge.’
Elsewhere in the clip, the music artists rattled off which beauty products she loves.
One of the products listed was the Turmeric Glow Moisturizer from Kora Organics, a brand co-founded by Miranda Kerr, who is previously married to Orlando Bloom.
She referred to the model as ‘our modern family mother’ and called her ‘a good friend of mine.’

Katy Perry, the vocalist from Dark Horse, complimented a Solawave light therapy stick as well. She jokingly admitted that she “borrowed” it from Orlando’s collection of gifts at the Golden Globes ceremony.
Discussing parenting matters – Perry and Bloom are parents to their daughter Daisy, who turned 4 on August 26th; she mentioned that the items in her handbag have evolved since she took on the role of motherhood.
The mother often ensures she has a small treat, maintains a supply of water, and keeps a tiny toy handy for her child to play with, she mentioned proudly.
Katy also pulled out her child’s adorable, pink Hello Kitty watch.
‘She’s really into Hello Kitty right now,’ the star, born Katheryn Hudson, shared.
The raven-haired beauty added, ‘She’s going to be four and I’m thinking maybe her next birthday theme is going to be Hello Kitty.’
Later on, Perry took out a matching set of shimmering silver ballet flats adorned with the beloved cartoon character’s visage on their soles.

On Thursday, Perry kept busy on social platforms, generating buzz among fans about her upcoming single titled “Lifetimes.”
The song “Woman’s World,” a lively pop track from her forthcoming 143 album, is being spearheaded as its lead single. This song, which shares co-creation credits with the contentious producer Dr. Luke, sets the tone for the rest of the album.
She expressed ‘Love from Ibiza’ in a post, and further mentioned that ‘Lifetimes will debut at 3pm Pacific Time.’
Through a post on her Instagram Stories, she revealed the global release times for her upcoming song and video premiere.
