85-year-old Carl Westcott, who is unwell, consented to sell his 9,000 square-foot house set on a 2.5-acre plot to Perry for $11.25 million in 2020. However, just a few days later, he attempted to cancel the deal by stating that he signed it under the influence of painkillers at the time.

Adele is still attempting to reduce the property price by approximately $6 million, arguing that due to ongoing medical expenses related to Huntington’s disease and hospice care, the elderly owner has accumulated significant debts for necessary repairs and missed rental income owed to her.

However, the family’s information contradicts this claim. It’s important to note that the requested compensation is considered extremely excessive, and Orlando fully acknowledges this fact.
