In October, Katie, who had been forced out due to unpaid mortgage, reduced the property’s asking price to £1.35 million, as she hadn’t managed to sell it at the initial price.

Currently, it’s going for £1.15 million, which is quite different from Katie’s initial estimation of the value of the Sussex mansion.

Initially, when the house was put up for sale, a brochure cautioned prospective buyers against accidentally swimming in Katie’s unused pool, and it also alerted them about the possibility of soil contamination due to waste.

The advertisement for the pad indicated that with some renovations, it could transform into a “remarkable home suitable for a family.

Without bringing up its previous well-known proprietor, the listing detailed the property as follows: ‘This spacious standalone residence offers three living areas, nine bedrooms, and four bathrooms or shower rooms distributed across three stories, along with a one-bedroom guest house.’

In May, the star and her family were forced out of their residence in West Sussex when they couldn’t consistently meet their mortgage payments, leading to an eviction by officials.

In 2014, the previous owner purchased this property for approximately £1.35 million from ex-Conservative peer Lord Maude. This property was showcased on Channel Four as its new owner undertook renovation efforts.

When she moved out she claimed the house was ‘cursed’.

Regarding Mucky Mansion, she expressed that it holds only unpleasant recollections for her, emphasizing that relocating marks the beginning of a fresh chapter in her life.

Cleaning services were hired to eliminate the accumulated trash and beautify the premises prior to its listing with real estate agency HJ Burt.
