Sources say Katie Price’s husband, Lee Andrews, proposed to a different woman with a similar proposal just four months before proposing to her.

The 47-year-old former model married the businessman in a luxurious ceremony in Dubai on Saturday, following a very quick romance that lasted only about a week.

The wedding was a surprise, happening just days after the model revealed she was engaged for the ninth time. This came shortly after her breakup with her ex-boyfriend, JJ Slater, 32, who reportedly wasn’t expecting it.

Okay, so get this – apparently, everything he just did? He totally did it before! Back in September, he proposed to this amazing fitness guru, Alana Percival, and it was almost exactly the same! People are saying they met way back in May on a beach in Dubai, which is just… perfect, honestly. It’s like he’s recreating their whole love story! I can’t even.

I saw the photo The Sun got – it’s Lee proposing to Alana, and the whole scene looks almost exactly like the one from the movie! It’s incredibly sweet and a clear homage, I think.

According to reports, Alana closely resembles Katie, sporting similar tattoos, long hair extensions, and a tan, and has financially invested in a business owned by Lee.

She later reportedly called off the engagement after growing suspicious of Lee’s intentions.

A source told The Sun of Katie: ‘Her friends hope she’s smart enough to question his motives.’

Lee has lived in Dubai for 21 years and regularly shares photos and videos of his luxurious lifestyle online.

His Instagram profile says he’s the CEO of Aura Group Future Urban Travel 2027 and also invests in both SpaceX and Hybrid Fitness.

He’s been married twice and says he’s worth millions. Interestingly, he recently called his former personal trainer – who he divorced – ‘the perfect woman.’

Before proposing to Katie – who would become his ninth fiancée – Lee was married to Dina Taji, a 41-year-old health and fitness coach. He met Dina in a Dubai gym in early 2020, and she was born in Palestine and raised in Qatar.

Lee recently shared with friends online that his son is engaged. He also mentioned that he made a big effort to impress his future daughter-in-law by getting her family’s approval. Lee’s mother, Trish, comes from a small mining town in Derbyshire.

She recounted him calling Dina ‘a beautiful person’ and saying, ‘She’s the one I love, and I love her no matter what.’

Lee shared that he and his now-partner fell in love while they were both in other relationships. He also expressed his appreciation for the kindness he observed in Arabic culture and Islamic traditions, specifically mentioning his respect for practices like fasting during Ramadan.

He also claimed he lived next door to a mosque and made plans to visit Mecca.

Just over a year and a half ago, he publicly praised his former wife, Dina Taji, posting photos of them together and writing about how important it is to cherish your life partner. He expressed deep respect and affection for her.

I’ve been following Lee for a while now, and he’s always posting about his workouts. Recently, he was talking about his time in Dubai, saying he rented a huge five-bedroom villa and basically made it his base. He explained that he really connected with the culture there, and, well, he also mentioned he thought there were a lot of beautiful women! It was a pretty frank comment, honestly.

He described falling in love with a woman before converting to Islam, saying she seemed perfect to him from the start.

Thirty-two-year-old JJ also shared his reaction on Instagram this Sunday to his former partner’s quick marriage following their split.

He seemed unconcerned with any recent issues and was clearly enjoying himself, posting a shirtless selfie from a boat in Florida. He smiled broadly and gave a peace sign in the photo.

Oh my god, I just heard from some insiders, and apparently even he was totally blindsided by this! Can you believe it? He’s actually in Miami right now with his family, trying to get over everything… poor thing, just trying to heal his broken heart. It’s just… heartbreaking!

Last week, the Mail reported that Katie and JJ had broken up. Their relationship started in February 2024, but Katie decided there wasn’t a long-term future for them together.

Sources close to the couple report their relationship had noticeably deteriorated in recent months, even though Katie had mentioned the possibility of starting a family and they had celebrated Christmas together.

Someone close to Katie previously shared with the Daily Mail that she’s had reservations about whether JJ would make a good husband for a while, but she was hoping those feelings would pass.

Instead, she became increasingly worried and now realizes she won’t be getting married for the fourth time in this relationship.

JJ was upset and has returned home to Essex. He really hoped things would work out with Katie, but she didn’t feel the same way.

Katie met Lee, who is from Manchester, online before traveling to Dubai. Her family was reportedly surprised by how quickly their relationship developed.

The reality star revealed that she and her fiancé purchased their wedding rings—a diamond Cartier band for her—even before they started dating.

She explained to The Sun that she and Lee connected in an unusual way – they discovered each other through social media and immediately felt a strong connection. They then began talking, and that’s when they both knew it was something special – a very traditional way of getting to know someone.

Our connection quickly grew stronger—within days, we were getting matching tattoos and then decided to buy each other rings.

The TV personality added that Lee ‘has the best version’ of herself.  

However, an insider close to the family has claimed they are ‘completely horrified’ by the news.

Katie’s wedding came as a complete surprise to her mother, Amy, and all five of her children: Harvey, 23, Junior, 20, Princess, 18, Jett, 12, and Bunny, 10. None of them knew it was happening.

Kate’s family were shocked to learn of her engagement, especially since it happened so quickly after she arrived in Dubai. They said it felt incredibly fast and unexpected.

It’s even more surprising that she married him the very next day. Nobody seems to know anything about the groom – no one even knows who he is.

They added Katie has ‘a lot of questions to answer to when she comes home’.

Katie has been engaged eight times before and has been married and divorced three times – to Peter Andre, Alex Reid, and Kieran Hayler.

Katie’s wedding reportedly caused more worry about her health, especially after her significant weight loss.

After photos surfaced of her looking very thin during a shopping trip with her daughter Princess, many fans expressed concern and urged her to seek help.

On her podcast, Katie Price told her sister Sophie that she’s undergoing medical tests to find out why she’s recently lost weight.

Katie responded to the photos by acknowledging she looked thin and unwell, explaining she was seeing a doctor to address it.

I’ve said it many times: yes, I’ve lost weight, and there’s a medical reason for it that I’ve discussed with my doctor. We’re currently working to understand what’s going on, and I’ll share more information as soon as I have it.

Katie explained that she’s trying to gain weight, but isn’t succeeding. She emphasized that she eats whatever she wants and has never had any issues with her appetite.

Earlier in the podcast, the mom of five mentioned she’d scheduled a doctor’s appointment and some blood work.

On Friday, she surprised her fans again by announcing her engagement and playfully calling her fiancé her ‘real-life Richard Gere’.

This celebrity totally had a massive display of red roses arranged to spell out ‘will you marry me?’ – seriously, it was a whole sea of flowers! It’s definitely a romantic gesture, and a pretty Instagrammable one, if I do say so myself!

Katie shared a glimpse of her partner’s hand, revealing a new tattoo of her name. They were celebrating with champagne, strawberries, and chocolate cake.
