Katie Price’s New Home Sparks Outrage: Neighbors Alarmed by Rubbish Pile-Up!

It seems that Katie Price has settled comfortably into her new environment, having traded her well-known “Mucky Mansion” for a sophisticated Tudor-style house nestled amidst the scenic Sussex countryside.

In simpler terms, the ex-fashion model, who filed for bankruptcy twice, including in 2024, is believed to be leasing a large property for approximately £5,000 every month.

46-year-old Price departed from her £2 million familial residence in May, citing an incident where she believed vandals had splashed corrosive acid onto her vehicle, which was parked outside.

In December, the rundown, nine-bedroom mansion, often derisively called the Dirty Manor, went up for sale for a whopping £1.5 million.

The latest photos of her current residence show clear indications of clutter, as bulging trash bags can be observed strewn around, accumulating near an overfilled wheelie-bin.

Latest photographs of her present location display unmistakable signs of disorder, as overflowing wheelie-bins are accompanied by numerous swollen garbage bags scattered haphazardly nearby.

Scattered around the lawn and near the house are large stone fragments and discarded cardboard containers, along with a wheelchair that appears to have been utilized by Price following her double foot fracture during her vacation in Turkey.

Six months after moving in, it appears that the neighbors are concerned due to the increasing amount of trash at her new property.

Previously, Price acknowledged that she couldn’t secure a car insurance policy due to six traffic violations and multiple speeding fines.

As an over-the-moon fan, I couldn’t help but notice the sleek black Nissan Jeep, freshly rented from a nearby agency, casually parked in the driveway, accompanied by no less than four other vehicles. It was a sight that made my heart skip a beat!

Prior to Katie’s departure from her previous position in May, a source informed The Sun, “Katie has been anxious about this day for such a long time, but now that it’s arrived, she can hardly contain her excitement to move on.

Over time, the house has brought her immense sorrow and proved overwhelming for her to manage alone. Adding to her troubles were work responsibilities and caring for children. In recent years, everything just seemed too much to bear. Moreover, she firmly believes that the house is inhabited by some supernatural presence.

In March 2024, the former model known for her glamorous image, was officially declared bankrupt again due to a substantial unpaid tax debt amounting to approximately £761,994.05.

Regarding the West Sussex property, she expressed her strong dislike for what’s often referred to as the “Mucky Mansion.” This nickname is due to the past events associated with it that she finds unpleasant.

I’m eagerly anticipating leaving the house that’s been a source of unpleasant memories for nine long years. The Mucky Mansion holds no charm for me; I never want to set foot in it again. My heart leaps at the thought of moving into my new abode, and I am brimming with excitement. Fresh starts, new beginnings, hitting the reset button – it’s all incredibly appealing to me.

Rest assured, as soon as I receive the keys, I’ll be sharing my brand-new home on my YouTube channel. I’m eagerly anticipating this moment, not just because I can’t wait to show you around, but also because it symbolizes a clean slate for me. I yearn to leave behind the old and start anew.

Even though a large motorhome sounds appealing, it’s unfortunately too small for our entire family, so I can’t move into one like that.

She had until June 26 to vacate her old residence after receiving an eviction notice, but she chose to depart earlier due to an alleged incident involving her vehicle.
