The 46-year-old fashion model showed off the outcomes of her sixth facelift and seventeenth breast augmentation surgery, as she donned a minuscule Louis Vuitton swimsuit, stripping down to reveal it.
Katie’s face, now recovering from surgery a week ago, was concealed under bandages soaked with blood clots and medical adhesive, as she unwinded post-procedure.

As a die-hard enthusiast, I can’t help but ponder: “Who yearns for a tranquil dining experience at a hotel, where the view is of an individual sporting bloodstains, staples securing their scalp, and cuts oozing with pus?” Such an atmosphere seems more suited to a horror movie set than a serene evening out.
Additionally, she also utilized the swimming pool… It’s questionable whether this hotel is suitable for post-surgery recuperation, given its focus on cosmetic procedures.
‘It’s certainly put me off both visiting again and recommending it to anyone.’
After a surgeon advised against it, Katie eventually chose to have another facial surgery, as she had already undergone five such operations on her face earlier.
‘Regarding Katie, it’s important to note that no ethical surgeon would or should perform surgery on her.’
If her mental health condition prevents her from appearing in court, it suggests strongly that she may not be psychologically prepared for a surgical procedure.
As a devoted admirer, I’d humbly suggest that any additional alterations or enhancements to her appearance might exceed the boundaries of natural beauty that she has already achieved. Regardless of any ongoing legal matters, it seems prudent to allow her natural charm and elegance to shine without further modification.
It’s clear that Katie doesn’t aim for a natural appearance, and her frequent use of cosmetic and plastic surgeries is closely tied to her image and publicity. Beyond the attention it generates, there’s a serious issue about whether she might have an addiction to surgery and body dysmorphic disorder. Given these concerns, medical professionals should think twice before performing any more procedures on her.
As a devoted admirer, I find myself compelled to express my concern: Her facial skin seems stretched taut, suggesting it’s already had its share of cosmetic interventions. Another facelift might not yield the desired results now.
As a devoted admirer, I find myself often pondering over the unique charm of her ear shape – a trait I affectionately refer to as her ‘Pixie ears’. You see, this isn’t just an ordinary feature; it’s a testament to a past medical event. Intriguingly, it’s a consequence arising from a facelift procedure where the skin was perhaps pulled excessively tight during the operation, subtly altering her ear lobes to appear elongated or slightly drooping.
Based on the facial markings, it appears she’s planning to undergo a complete facial rejuvenation procedure that includes a facelift (focusing on deep lines), a brow lift, a neck lift, as well as a lip lift.
It’s possible that she’s undergoing a deep line facelift to correct her pointed ears, if performed skillfully, it would alleviate any strain or discomfort associated with them by reducing the tension.
