As a loyal fan who has followed Katie Price’s journey since her days as a glamour model, I am absolutely disheartened and downright furious about the current state of affairs with JYY London. I’ve always admired Katie for her strength, resilience, and business acumen, but this situation with JYY London has left a sour taste in my mouth.


Fans of Katie Price are angered because they haven’t received their orders or refunds from the clothing brand, JYY London.

As a devoted admirer, I’ve been enthusiastically endorsing this particular brand across my Instagram and TikTok platforms. It’s a brand I wholeheartedly support because it’s spearheaded by Jeyda Yilmaz, a dynamic entrepreneur who shares a close bond with me.

Customers have expressed frustration because the company has not responded to their requests for assistance with getting a refund.

Supporters have started voicing their opinions on Katie’s posts, labeling the absence of responses as “shameful” by one critic.

Talking to The Sun, customer Suzanne, slammed Katie as she exclaimed: ‘Katie is promoting this.

‘The thing is, they’re still responding to queries about the clothes on social media… I’ve reached out through all different platforms and nothing. 

‘It’s disgraceful. I contacted the bank and they put it down as fraud and refunded me yesterday.’

TopMob have contacted Katie’s representatives and JYY London for comment.  

Additionally, customers shared their dissatisfaction on Trustpilot, writing in exasperation: “I wish I could rate 0 stars! The clothing is poor quality and the incorrect size was shipped to me. Despite my multiple attempts to contact them via email, direct messages, and comments, there has been no response or communication.

“It seems that nothing here can be returned, probably due to the costs associated with Katie Price’s surgical treatments. I would advise steering clear of this place entirely.

‘Shocking company! Do not order from these!! I made that mistake! Wanted to return item worth £80 and u only get 10 days to return and have to email for returns form! 

As a lifestyle advisor, I’ve made at least 50 attempts – via email and Instagram – to connect, yet the response remains elusive. Alas, time has passed, and my correspondence remains unanswered.

‘So now I’m stuck with items I won’t wear and I won’t get my money back!!! NEVER ORDER FROM THESE’.

I received a lucky bag worth £15 (£10 for the bag itself and an additional £5 for shipping). Inside, I found a single pair of cargo pants that were previously discounted by £5 on their website.

‘Emailed them twice no reply so basically I paid double for same pair I could have bought for £5 customer service disgraceful’.

Recently, Katie showcased various items from JYY London on her Instagram, as she’s lending her support to her friend’s venture.

Displaying a peek of her well-known décolletage, the celebrity donned a sleek black winter coat embellished with white threadwork details and paired it with stylish white cowboy boots for her latest endorsement campaign for the brand.

In response to the customer allegations, JYY London informed The Sun that some of their online products are actually preorders. This means customers place an order for these items, and they’re produced on demand because the demand has been significantly higher than anticipated, causing them to sell out quicker than expected.
