On Monday, Katie Price posted a photo on her Snapchat showing her receiving fluids through an IV drip.
She is receiving treatment after being hospitalized late last month due to concerning weight loss.
The 47-year-old, who used to be a glamour model, spoke about her worries regarding her significant weight loss and explained that she had to go to the hospital.
Kate, who has previously stated she doesn’t use weight loss drugs, says she’s unsure why she’s been losing weight. She denied using such medication before, but now admits she doesn’t understand the recent weight loss.
She shared a photo of herself receiving a NAD+ IV drip and captioned it, ‘Morning, having a NAD+ IV drip, good for energy‘.
NAD+ IV drip supports cell energy, cell repair, and protects against aging and disease.

When Katie was at the hospital, she explained that she needed to have stitches taken out. She had cut herself with a knife while she was making a curry. She needed medical attention to have them removed.
In a post to her Snapchat Story, Katie shared that she’s unsure why her body is getting smaller, as she’s currently having tests done. She stated she ‘doesn’t know why’ this is happening.
She started by saying, ‘I went to the doctor early this morning to get some blood tests done. It was a bit difficult though because my veins are so fragile, they had to try three times.’
‘They could only fill two tubes up, so I’ve got to go back in two weeks.’
Katie also mentioned: ‘And I need to get my stitches removed at that point, as they examined the small cut I made.’
I’m seeing the doctor because I’ve been unintentionally losing weight, and I’m unsure of the cause. That’s the main reason, really.
For months, people have been worried about the former glamour model’s noticeably thinner appearance. She previously spoke about her significant weight loss back in May.
But back then, she had seemed pretty pleased about it, saying she had wanted to lose weight.

Talking to her followers on Snapchat, she confirmed: ‘Yes, I have lost weight. And yes, that’s been my goal – I wanted to lose weight.’
Around three or four years ago, I broke my feet and had to use a wheelchair for ten months. Doctors told me I might never walk again, and obviously being in a wheelchair causes you to gain weight.
Then I went through all the IVF treatments, which also caused me to gain weight. So, yes, I did gain weight and I really didn’t like it. I felt uncomfortable and like it just wasn’t me.
In an appearance on The Louis Theroux Podcast last year, Katie shared that she’s consistently struggled with body image and has never truly been happy with how she looks. She explained that this has been a long-standing issue for her.
Okay, so she just *told* me this, and honestly, it breaks my heart. She’s always insisted she doesn’t have body dysmorphia, but she admits there’s *something* going on, she just can’t put her finger on it. And the worst part? She said she’s never, not once, looked in the mirror and thought she was pretty, or even… just good enough. It’s so sad! I just want to wrap her in a hug and tell her how amazing she is, but she said it like it’s just a fact, you know? Like she’s always felt that way. I’m seriously heartbroken.
