Katie Price reveals she’s flying back to Turkey AGAIN so she can ‘change her veneers’ after judge issued arrest warrant when she failed to turn up at bankruptcy hearing

As a seasoned observer of public figures, I find myself both intrigued and saddened by the ongoing saga of Katie Price. Having closely followed her career from its meteoric rise to its tumultuous fall, I must admit that her current predicament is far from surprising.

Katie Price has disclosed that she will be traveling to Turkey once more after three months for the purpose of replacing her veneers, even though she missed a bankruptcy court hearing last month.

Previously known for her work as a model in the fashion industry, she’s now 46 years old. She recently traveled to Istanbul for her sixth facelift surgery, which came with a price tag of around £10,000.

Apart from getting cosmetic surgeries, Katie and her partner, JJ Slater, also made several trips to the dentist during their vacation.

It seems she might not be fully satisfied with her alterations, as she’s planning another visit.

In an Instagram post, she shared: “Hey there! Checking in from Dentica International. You might have noticed, I’m quite fond of dental care.”

Today, I’m embarking on a thorough cleaning session, followed by a visit to the dental hygienist. Later today, I will undergo a root canal procedure, scheduled for three months down the line.

‘And where I’ve had some gum receding, they’re going to change these veneers for me.

JJ has visited before and got a complete veneer makeover, they look fantastic. Meanwhile, Harvey is consulting with the dental hygienist, and my friend is currently undergoing composite bonding procedure.

‘They’re so easy, quick, sufficient, professional and I love it.’ 

Last week, it was affirmed that Katie had planned a trip to Turkey for a facial procedure, which will be featured in an upcoming documentary. Unfortunately, she missed a recent court hearing on bankruptcy.

The mother of five missed a scheduled court hearing regarding bankruptcy worth £760,000 as she had traveled abroad to undergo a new cosmetic surgery procedure.

Since then, a warrant has been issued, as Katie acknowledges her efforts to resolve her financial problems following explicit advisories demanding her court appearance.

It’s believed that Katie underwent a facelift procedure at the Trio Clinic in Istanbul, focusing on her eyes and the area beneath her chin for improvement.

More recently, she has refuted allegations suggesting she visited Turkey following unsuccessful consultations with other plastic surgeons.

She said: ‘I’m filming my new documentary. The reason I’ve chose the Trio Clinic is because I’ve had friends who have had surgery there and in my opinion they are the best for what I want doing. I can’t wait, they’re amazing, and they’re thorough here.’ 

Katie acknowledged the gravity of her current financial predicament by posting about it on her Instagram account.

As an ardent fan, it’s hard not to notice that I’m grappling with a dire financial predicament, what with the ongoing bankruptcy proceedings. Yet, here I am, once more making headlines, utterly astonished, while I’m far from home, immersed in my work on a documentary about corrective surgeries.

In my view, the media persistently seeks to embarrass me and my loved ones unnecessarily. Instead, there are numerous significant global concerns demanding attention and interest, which I believe the majority find far more compelling than repetitive, distorted accounts.

Based on my extensive experience in collaborative projects and my strong commitment to delivering results, I am confident that I will continue to work closely with relevant individuals on pressing matters while I am away from work. Upon my return, I am certain that we will be able to address these issues effectively and efficiently, given our combined expertise and dedication to the task at hand. My track record of successful collaborations speaks for itself, and I am excited to see what we can accomplish together in the coming weeks.

‘Though various accounts persistently attempt to embarrass me by highlighting my personal struggles, I remain unaffected by shame or embarrassment. Instead, I accept my circumstances and strive diligently to improve them and rectify any issues that arise.’

Katie mentioned that she’s facing some tough periods right now, but she’s making every effort possible for the well-being of her family.

She’s currently focused on continuing her work to meet the requirements of the bankruptcy orders, as that’s what she’s working on at the moment. However, this doesn’t mean she’s avoiding other issues; instead, she’ll handle them with utmost gravity.

It’s important for me to emphasize that there are always greater and more newsworthy stories out there, but I believe that focusing on the issues at hand is crucial in order to make a positive impact. My personal experiences have taught me the importance of perseverance and determination, and I aim to channel those qualities into finding solutions for the difficulties that arise.

“I’m committed to addressing my mental health issues, not just for myself but also for my loved ones. I aim to give it my all.”

In May, Katie announced on her personal podcast that she was excused from court appearances due to mental health reasons, following criticism for skipping a bankruptcy hearing to vacation in Cyprus instead.

Initially scheduled to testify regarding her financial matters at the High Court in May, she allegedly informed her legal representatives at the outset of the proceedings that she was unable to appear due to health complications. The judge characterized this explanation as insubstantial.

Later, Katie departed for a vacation in Ayia Napa accompanied by her boyfriend from Married at First Sight, JJ Slater. However, they encountered criticism from the public when they were seen relaxing by the poolside together.

On her podcast, The Katie Price Show, Katie responded assertively, stating that she had been excused from court due to being mentally unfit.

I can empathize with her frustration. It seems like people are quick to judge without fully understanding the circumstances. As someone who has faced financial difficulties myself, I know that missing a bankruptcy filing doesn’t necessarily mean one is irresponsible or careless. Life happens, and sometimes unexpected events force us to make tough decisions. Instead of jumping to conclusions, let’s remember that everyone has their own story and struggles, and offer understanding and support when we can.

The court understood that I wouldn’t be attending the bankruptcy hearing, as my mental health advisor at The Priory had cleared me from participating in any court-related activities.

At present, my mental resilience is insufficient for facing a court trial, undergoing questioning from the press, and being scrutinized by both the media and the public.

She emphasized, “I treat my bankruptcy with the same gravity as any other matter. The situation is grave, and it may not appear so at first glance, but it’s certainly not a vacation.”

‘No, my head at the moment needs a break. I had four days in my diary where I was able to go away.

In my current situation, I find myself overwhelmed by personal matters that require my immediate attention. Consequently, I’m unable to maintain the composure necessary for standing in court at this time.

Consequently, I’ve been absent from TikTok for several months now, as I’ve only had time to engage in activities that my body and mind have allowed since December.

She emphasized, “I’m treating the bankruptcy with gravity. Unlike the notion of me enjoying a luxurious getaway, I’m not lounging in a lavish, five-star resort. Instead, my nights are far from costing £760.”

As someone who has traveled extensively over the years, I’ve learned that unexpected perks can sometimes come my way when traveling. In this instance, it was a lucky break that my friend had already arrived at the hotel and alerted them of my impending visit, leading to an upgrade for no extra charge. All things considered, I must say this holiday turned out to be quite a steal.

Later, Katie mentioned that she wouldn’t attend the upcoming court hearing and revealed she had received a signed document exempting her from attendance.

Based on my extensive experience working with legal matters, it appears that I have been provided with a set of tasks to complete for my discharge and suspension from this situation. I will diligently follow these instructions and look forward to resolving this matter as swiftly and efficiently as possible.

Today, I return with a full schedule. I have meetings lined up with my consultant, therapist, and key individuals who will formally release me from their care.

Yesterday, Katie casually posted a photo of herself eating a sandwich on an airplane, mere hours before her scheduled court appearance on July 30th.

On Instagram, the model with financial debts posted a photo of her lunch, commenting: “A crispy sandwich is simply the best.” (or) “Struggling with debt, the Instagram model posted a photo of her favorite snack – a crisp sandwich, saying it was the best.”)

It is thought that Katie, who recently lost her ‘dirty manor’ worth £2 million through repossession, went on a trip with her friend Lou Anderson.

In response to entrepreneur and influencer Lou announcing her upcoming trip to Turkey for a tummy tuck next week, Price responded affirmatively by saying: “Absolutely, Turkey it is!”

Lou then replied with a series of clapping emojis and wrote: ‘Come on my girl’.

As reported by The Sun, a court official revealed earlier this week that Katie’s case is still scheduled for 10:30 AM.

She could now be taken into custody having failed to appear at court.

Judge Catherine Burton, from the Insolvency and Companies Court, stated that Price was given explicit reminders to appear at the court hearing scheduled for Tuesday.

Katie was scheduled to answer queries regarding her financial affairs at a specialized bankruptcy court in London, as lawyers representing the trustee for her two bankruptcies posed the questions.

In a prior proceeding, I was informed by the judge that my non-attendance at subsequent court hearings could potentially lead to my apprehension. He also mentioned that should circumstances prevent me from attending, it would be necessary for me to present supporting evidence.

In today’s hearing, Judge Burton stated that Katie did not show up and offered no reason for her non-appearance, leading to the issuance of an arrest warrant.

She said: ‘It is in my judgment necessary that the court issue a warrant for Ms Price’s arrest.

‘She has no real excuse in failing to attend today’s hearing.’

She continued: ‘The reason for her absence today is irrelevant.’

In simpler terms, Judge Burton stated that the issuance of the arrest warrant wasn’t done casually, but because Price showed minimal assistance and failed to supply essential details about her bankruptcy cases.

In my capacity as a lifestyle advisor, I find myself sharing a personal and somewhat sobering financial update. Regrettably, I faced the unfortunate circumstance of being legally declared bankrupt again this March, owing to an outstanding tax debt amounting to approximately £761,994.05. It’s essential to note that this is not my first encounter with bankruptcy; I experienced a similar situation back in 2019. This serves as a stark reminder of the importance of financial prudence and effective money management, lessons I am now deeply committed to learning and sharing with others.

Originally, she received an order to vacate her Mucky Manor by the end of May, which she subsequently did, and now resides in a newly acquired Tudor-style home that costs £5,000 monthly.

Despite declaring ‘everything is taken care of’ regarding her second bankruptcy, she was recently evicted from her property in Sussex.

In a recent interview with Channel 5 News, the model confidently asserted that she has learned effective strategies for handling problems and vowed never to face a crisis as severe as before.

During the broadcast, she shared: “I’m thriving quite well. I’ve discovered many aspects of my personality, gained insights into mental health matters, and, as you know, was recently diagnosed with severe ADHD. If only I had this understanding earlier.”

‘It becomes noise in your head, and then you just can’t cope with it, you think there’s no light at the end of the tunnel and then that caused depression, then a breakdown, suicidal, ended up at the Priory.’ 

In a court hearing held in February, it was decided that Katie should contribute 40% of her monthly earnings from the platform OnlyFans towards a trustee over the course of the next three years. This is due to her initial filing for bankruptcy.

In March, it was determined that she had filed for bankruptcy again, this time being unable to pay over £750,000 in outstanding taxes to the HM Revenue & Customs.

Last October, Katie expressed her frustration about continually facing the threat of legal action and stated that she would willingly serve a prison sentence to put an end to everything.

On Tuesday, she was expected to address questions concerning her financial matters during a public hearing called an examination, where barrister Darragh Connell, representing the trustee, stated in his court filings that “there is still important information lacking regarding the bankrupt’s income and assets.”

In a courtroom setting, I stated that I lack knowledge regarding the whereabouts of Ms. Price. I also mentioned that she wouldn’t be held in confinement for an extended duration, instead, she would be temporarily detained to ensure her presence at a forthcoming hearing.

He stated that her freedom is at stake, however, I regretfully inform you that we’ve reached a dead-end regarding this issue.

The court learned that Katie had made several late adjustment requests for her prior trials at the eleventh hour.

Initially, the previous model filed for bankruptcy on November 26, 2019, and the initial request for this action was made official on January 30, 2020.

In the early stages of the lockdown, I was presiding over the consideration of that particular application. Right before it was about to start, Ms. Price reached out to the court, requesting remote attendance permission because her son was hospitalized. This is what the judge stated.

‘The court acceded to that request.

Ever since then, there have been numerous delays in that secret hearing, often due to Ms. Price choosing, at the eleventh hour, to collaborate with the trustees to disclose the fundamental details they’ve been striving to gather from her since her bankruptcy in 2019. As a dedicated fan, I can’t help but feel like I’m on a rollercoaster ride, waiting for the next twist!

Recently, postponements have been claimed due to poor health; however, during the hearing before Judge Mullen at the International Criminal Court on 26th April 2024, he expressed concerns about the insufficientness of the presented medical proof.

As a seasoned court administrator with years of experience under my belt, I understand the importance of clear communication when it comes to legal matters. In my view, the notice given to Katrina Price is straightforward yet effective. It sets out the consequences of failing to attend a public examination at the specified time and place without a reasonable excuse. The threat of arrest without further notice serves as a strong deterrent, ensuring that individuals take their responsibilities seriously. While I believe in the rule of law, I also empathize with those who may find themselves in difficult circumstances. However, it’s essential to uphold order and ensure that justice is served fairly for all parties involved.

The judge indicated that Katie might face penalties for contempt, including jail time, monetary fines, or other legal sanctions.

She went on to say: “The judge postponed a public inquiry at 10:30 am on May 14. But just as before, right before the resumed hearing, Ms Price chose to collaborate again and offer additional fragmented details.”

The information wasn’t presented early enough, making it challenging for the trustee to verify if everything was included.

Judge Burton stated that the court is certain Katie understood today’s public hearing was occurring.

‘She informed the trustee staff that she would be attending this hearing remotely.’

But no application for attending the hearing remotely was made, the court heard.

Under certain circumstances, an individual can have their bankruptcy dismissed within a year, as long as they comply fully with the necessary requirements.

The judge informed the court that unlike providing full cooperation since 2021, Ms Price has not only refused to cooperate and supply essential information requested from her, but she’s also been issued a second bankruptcy order due to unpaid tax amounting to over £700,000.

Ms. Price often finds herself in the limelight, seeming to actively seek media attention as a means to boost her earnings.

Ms. Price promptly reaches out to the police and emergency services for help whenever there seems to be damage to her property.

The judge said ‘unlike every other taxpayer’ Price has ‘failed’ to pay her dues.

‘It falls to her to provide detail of income and expenditure,’ Judge Burton said. 

As a die-hard fan, I can’t help but feel a sense of disappointment. She had the chance to maintain her privacy concerning her personal finances by working closely with her trustees, yet she chose not to. It’s a choice that, in my opinion, could have shielded her from unnecessary public scrutiny.
