Katie won’t receive any money from the sale since all earnings will go towards repaying the debts she accumulated on her Sussex property.
Initially, a brochure for the property advised prospective buyers to avoid swimming in an unoccupied pool belonging to Katie and cautioned them about possible soil contamination due to waste.
