Kerry Katona says Katie Price revealed on the show ‘I’m A Celebrity’ that she was allegedly raped by a British TV star over 20 years ago.
This week, Katie Price, 47, publicly identified the person she claims assaulted her during a recent show she did with Kerry Katona.
The mother-of-five drew gasps from the crowd when she named her alleged attacker.
Katie used to firmly insist she’d never say who he was, but last year she confessed she’d reconsidered and would eventually share the information.
So, the big reveal is out! I can now share that it was actually Katie who figured out who was behind the mask on ‘I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!’ while she was in the Australian jungle. It was quite the moment, and I’m glad we finally know the truth!
She reportedly revealed the name while appearing on the reality show in 2004, but the broadcast was blocked due to legal issues.

Katie’s friend, Kerry, 45, shared a surprising story from Katie’s time in the jungle during their show, right after revealing who Katie had been talking about.
The article reports that the Atomic Kitten singer recalled someone saying to her, ‘I remember you telling me that when we were in the jungle together.’
Daily Mail has contacted a spokesperson for the show for comment and a representative for Kerry.
Katie had originally intended to share the name in a future book. She felt empowered to come forward after the MeToo movement gave her the courage to do so.
According to a source, Katie felt she had nothing to lose and believed that if others were coming forward with stories of sexual assault, she could do the same.
A spokesperson for Katie Price has declined to comment to the Daily Mail.
Katie first publicly discussed the alleged rape in an OK! magazine column in 2009.
She spoke out after claims surfaced that her boyfriend at the time, Alex Reid, had appeared in a movie that depicted sexual assault.

She shared that she has a personal connection to the issue of rape, having been a survivor herself on multiple occasions. Because of this experience, she strongly condemns anything or anyone connected to such violence.
I’ve always kept this to myself, but I need to address it now. I was deeply upset by the suggestion that I don’t care about an issue that impacts so many women.
If you’ve experienced rape and need support, please reach out to someone you trust and talk about what happened.
In 2018, Katie said she was raped again during a horrifying carjacking in South Africa in 2018.
She remembered the frightening experience of being held at gunpoint while filming her reality show, ‘My Crazy Life,’ for Quest Red and ITV.
Katie described the deeply upsetting experiences that led to her mental breakdown and a suicide attempt, where she lost consciousness and suffered bruising around her eyes. Following this, she began receiving treatment for post-traumatic stress disorder.

In an interview with the Daily Mail, she explained that while filming with ITV in South Africa, the production lacked security. She believes that if security had been present, they could have prevented the attack where she was ambushed by six men, held at gunpoint, and sexually assaulted.
In 2020, Katie spoke about the rape on the Channel 4 show *SAS: Celebrity Who Dares Wins*, recalling that police told her it was remarkable she and the others survived.
In her Channel 4 show, Trauma And Me, she shared that she experienced a severe bout of depression a few years prior, which was complicated by her existing PTSD. She admitted to having suicidal thoughts and attempting to take her own life.
I was injured and woke up with black eyes and bruises on my neck. I felt lost and wished I wasn’t there.
