Katie Price Lands New Acting Role Amid Money Woes: Click to Find Out More!

Katie Price has been cast in a new pantomime amid her money woes.

46-year-old former glamour model recently starred as one of the Ugly Sisters in a seasonal adaptation of Cinderella, sharing the stage with another renowned figure from the entertainment industry, Kerry Katona.

As of late, I find myself stepping into an enchanting world of puppetry and magic, sharing the limelight with two esteemed acting veterans – Bobby Davro from EastEnders and Amanda Henderson from Casualty. Together, we’ll breathe life into the timeless tale of Pinocchio, with me taking on the role of a fairy in this captivating production.

On Instagram, the producers shared: ‘Exciting news! Actresses Katie Price and Amanda Henderson will be alternating the role of Fairy in this year’s Easter Pantomime tour.’

Additionally, Bobby Davro has been confirmed for the role of Stromboli, alongside Easter Pantomime favorites Ryan Greaves, Kate Salmon, and Phyl Harries in the production.

It’s believed that Katie might make a substantial amount, comparable to what she earned during her previous panto performance, for this upcoming appearance.

The performance is scheduled to debut in Northwich towards the end of March, followed by stops in Sevenoaks, Clacton, and Northampton afterwards.

Over the Easter weekend, starting from Friday, April 18th, the show is scheduled at the Queen Elizabeth Hall in Oldham.

Towards the end of April, the pantomime will wrap up  in Cannock at the Prince of Wales theatre.

Katie’s professional decision occurs during a series of financial troubles, leading her to face bankruptcy court cases.

Last week, a court in London discharged the bankruptcies of two cases that belonged to her, following a hearing.

To my utter dismay, even though they once danced their way out of the I’m A Celebrity jungle, my beloved star is yet to settle a mind-boggling sum of £750,000 with the taxman. The unfortunate dip into debt has left me, and I assume many fans, hoping for a swift resolution to this financial quandary.

She was was twice declared bankrupt – including in 2019 over her unpaid bills.

In England and Wales, bankruptcy orders usually last for a year before they are lifted. However, the immediate release from bankruptcy for Price’s initial case was put on hold, so she is still required to abide by the terms of that bankruptcy.

However, the suspension was lifted by Insolvency and Companies Court Judge Sebastian Prentis

In my role as a lifestyle advisor, I must share some personal financial news that may have implications for others. Last year, due to an unpaid tax bill exceeding £750,000, I was declared bankrupt. This current status persists and serves as a stark reminder of the importance of managing one’s finances diligently.

She is set to be grilled in court over that bankruptcy on April 8.

The recent news marks another development in the ongoing monetary struggle for the former beauty icon, a conflict that has previously led to her receiving an eviction warning from her “Dirtied Manor.

In 2014, she acquired the property from the ex-Conservative peer, Lord Francis Maude. Later on, this property was showcased on Channel Four when she undertook the task of refurbishing the house.
