Katie Price joins her sister Sophie’s ‘birthing team’ as she has her second child – after sparking confusion with post saying she’d ‘welcomed twins’

As a seasoned observer of Katie Price’s life, it seems that the latest twist in her journey to expand her family has left her followers bewildered yet intrigued. With a career spanning reality TV, music, and modeling, Katie has always been open about her personal life, and this chapter appears no different.

Katie Price joined her sister Sophie’s ‘birthing team’ as she welcomed her second child on Friday.

Previously known as a fashion model, aged 46, found herself at the hospital alongside her sibling. A statement she made last month about having “welcomed twins” caused some perplexity among her followers.

On Friday, Sophie Brooks delivered their newborn daughter, Olive Florence Beatrix Brooks, through a scheduled C-section. The proud parents, Sophie and Harry Brooks, have shared heartwarming photos of themselves holding their baby girl at the hospital.

Sharing her ‘birthing team’ with her fans Sophie posted a group snap as she wore a hospital gown.

Afterward, she titled her recent baby announcement: “Now our family feels whole…Welcoming Olive Florence Beatrix Brooks this morning, and we are overjoyed beyond words.

Sophie and her partner Harry have been honored with the role of parents since their son Albert was delivered by C-section back in May 2021.

After the real explanation for Katie’s ‘twins’ was disclosed, as the celebrity caused puzzlement by sharing pictures of ‘newly-born infants’ not long ago.

It seems that she has taken on the role of a mother once more, as she shared photos of a newborn boy and girl on her Instagram account.

Last week the star shocked her followers by sharing that her ‘twins’ had finally arrived.

But now it has been revealed by The Sun that the newborns are hyper-realistic reborn dolls.

Artificial infants can range from £300 to an astounding £20,000 and are frequently employed by mothers who are mourning the loss of their real child.

According to the source, she was pictured holding two dolls that closely resemble real people; these particular dolls are called reborn dolls, although it’s important to note they aren’t actually alive.

She’s taking this step to pique public curiosity about her In Vitro Fertilization (IVF) experience, as she has created a TV series on the subject for Channel 4. The program is set to air next year.

Besides this, it’s all part of her planning for potential future pregnancies, since she aims to bring twins into the world through a surrogate mother.

The insider added that there were subtle differences between the dolls and real babies including the newborn scrunch, as well Katie purposefully covering their faces and putting hats on them indoors.

The revelation came after Katie also shared a photo cuddling a newborn baby boy to her chest.

Titling the charming photograph featuring the unidentified child, she puzzled her audience by posting: ‘Cozy embraces during dusk with my little one’.

Following Katie’s enigmatic share of twin infants’ pictures, where one donned a pink onesie and the other was in gray, the subsequent post appeared.

She was captured with a soft touch on the babies, even though their faces couldn’t be seen, and labeled the picture: “At last, my twins have made their arrival.

I am fortunate to be a mother to Harvey, who is 22 years old, shared with former footballer Dwight York; Junior, aged 19, with my first husband Peter Andre; Princess, 17, and Jett, 10, born from my union with Kieran Hayler; and Bunny, our nine-year-old daughter.

Later this month, it was confirmed by her ex, Carl Woods, that she’s currently shooting a documentary about IVF (In Vitro Fertilization) experiences.

Previously, a woman with five children consented to documenting her experience of having a child with a 35-year-old man named Carl. This was all captured on camera until they parted ways in the year 2023.

They jointly decided on a surrogate with her recommendation to try in Cyprus, an option they pursued together before their separation, as stated by him to Closer magazine.

Now, it’s speculated that the reason for Katie and JJ’s journey to Cyprus could be to initiate their surrogacy arrangements.

As reported by Closer, it’s been indicated that Katie and JJ consulted with specialists at an IVF clinic, who informed her that there is still a possibility for her to conceive – even given her lower-quality eggs and advanced age.

She’s tried every available IVF option in the UK, and she’s optimistically looking forward to starting a new chapter in growing her family.

Carl said the model’s current situation mimics his ‘parrot fashion’ but ‘with a different dude’.

He mentioned that for her, it seems less important who the father is, as long as she has a child. To her, the identity of the person isn’t significant in this case.

It might be me, it might be a surrogate, or it could be JJ; what matters is that they end up with a baby. To some extent, I believe she would consider any partner merely as a source of sperm, in essence.

Next year, a “fly-on-the-wall” style documentary is expected to be broadcast, showcasing Katie and her entire brood. However, sources within the television industry predict that Married at First Sight UK star JJ will not make an appearance in it.

According to a source, it appears that Katie will embark on a challenging (and ultimately unsuccessful) attempt to become a mother once more, as reported by The Mirror.

‘She encounters numerous challenges and fluctuations throughout her journey. The program will highlight the hardships that women in their forties experience when attempting to conceive.’

TopMob has contacted Katie and Carl’s reps and Channel 4 for comment.

Previously, an OnlyFans celebrity shared with TopMob that she underwent three unsuccessful rounds of IVF within the last year. She expressed her feelings by saying, “My eggs are past their prime; I’ll opt for a donor egg.

Previously, the TV personality shared with Olivia Attwood on her podcast that it’s essential to understand: ‘Regardless of how youthful my actions or appearance may seem, biologically, I am 46. Over time, eggs become fewer and less viable, making conception more challenging.’

Love Island star Olivia then asked: ‘But you definitely want another one?’

As a die-hard fan bursting with excitement, let me tell you this: Katie has dropped a bombshell! “Two or one,” she said, hinting at something big that’s definitely on the horizon. Though I don’t know how it’ll unfold or when, count on me to keep trying and stay tuned for updates!
