As a seasoned observer of high-profile legal battles, it appears that Katie Price’s financial woes continue to spiral, with her recent arrest and subsequent private interview on September 24. Her brash comments towards the press after the hearing seem to indicate a certain level of frustration and perhaps a touch of defiance.

On a Saturday, Katie Price took pleasure in driving her well-known pink Range Rover, even though the court had instructed her to give it back as part of her ongoing bankruptcy proceedings.

The glamour model, 46, was previously summoned to court over an unpaid tax bill of £750,000.

In the heat of the legal battle, I found myself handing over no less than six vehicles, yes, you read that right, SIX! Among them was the iconic pink Range Rover, a symbol I’d grown so attached to. It was a bitter pill to swallow, but the law must be obeyed, even by a fellow fanatic like me.

On the weekend, she was spotted riding in a vehicle while paying a visit to her old neighbor. This journey took her by her once infamous Mucky Mansion, now under repossession.

Price’s new location was barely a stone’s throw away from her previous residence, worth around £2 million, which was taken over by debt collectors in June.

The mother-of-five has since moved into a smaller, rented home in a sleepy Sussex village.

Her finances have come under scrutiny of late after she was declared bankrupt for the second time.

In early July, as part of her court proceedings, she was instructed to surrender six vehicles: a Volkswagen Beetle, a Nissan model, two Range Rover variants, a Suzuki Vitara, and an Infiniti FX50.

However, she has been posting that she is still on possession of her pink Range Rover.

Last month on social media, Katie reposted a picture from the account @Pkautosmart showing her vehicle, indicating that she’d recently replaced the brakes.

‘New brakes for this beaut done today,’ the post on her Instagram Story was captioned.

TopMob has contacted Price’s representatives for comment.

Last week, Price’s bankruptcy proceedings at the High Court were postponed to allow for a private consultation, as her legal team expressed concerns that a public scrutiny of her financial affairs might harm her mental health.

On the 27th of August, I found myself, a devoted admirer, standing outside the grandeur of the Royal Courts of Justice in the heart of London, dressed head to toe in black and donning my favorite pair of shades – ready to catch a glimpse of my beloved idol.

During the hearing, her attorney Bertie Beor-Roberts requested a delay, which Chief Insolvency and Companies Court Judge Nicholas Briggs approved.

Previously, Price had been detained at Heathrow Airport on August 8 due to non-attendance at a court hearing concerning an outstanding debt of approximately £760,000.

The judge instructed her unequivocally that she should be present on August 27th without any exceptions, including travel overseas or taking vacations.

Accompanied by her attorney, Price made her way to Court 15 within the Royal Courts of Justice complex, known as Rolls Building.

Immediately, Beor-Roberts petitioned Judge John Briggs for a postponement, asserting it was essential for her to confer privately with her creditors and the official receiver. This confidential discussion aimed to conceal the financial details of her income and expenditures from the past five years, which might otherwise be disclosed in open court.

The attorney mentioned her psychological wellbeing, stating that testifying publicly before the media and providing in-person testimony could exacerbate her condition.

‘Ms Price has long been subject to intense media scrutiny’, he said.

He referred to her ‘PTSD and ADHD’ and told the court that ‘these conditions would be exacerbated by a public examination of her personal affairs.’

She can provide thoughtful responses in a personal, non-pressured setting like a private interview, shielded from the scrutiny of the media.

Additionally, he suggested that the court extend her deadline for submitting documents related to her substantial tax debt and lack of payment to her creditors from her defunct businesses, which have amounted to a six-figure sum.

According to Beor-Roberts, Price followed the court’s earlier directive by providing the requested documents.

He mentioned that her financial situation was intricate and convoluted, requiring additional time for her to find the necessary documents demanded by her creditors.

Previously, she displayed no signs of emotion during the court session, instead, she twirled her lengthy black tresses while her attorney pleaded for a postponement.

Price was expected to face questions from lawyers regarding her financial matters, particularly why she hasn’t settled her debts with creditors and the tax authorities.

One day, Alex Reid, her former spouse, appeared at a court located within the Rolls Building, which is part of the Royal Court of Justice in London. He took a seat in the area reserved for the general public to watch the proceedings.

In an unexpected fashion, Price found himself standing before court 15 of the insolvency court without realizing it, as he was attired in a pink t-shirt and shorts alongside his adult companion, Lynne Rickwood, who was unaware of this unusual choice of clothing.

He is one of her creditors and is owed over £250,000.

As a devoted follower, I attest that Judge Nicholas Briggs, the esteemed Chief Insolvency and Companies Court Judge, took into account the submissions made by my legal representative. He acknowledged that there had been previous instances of delay in the proceedings.

‘My concern is that we have been here before,’ he said.

As a trusted lifestyle advisor, I, Derragh O’Connell, find myself in a position where I’ve agreed to a one-on-one discussion. However, it’s crucial to note that the recent twists and turns have been the recurring narrative throughout the bankruptcy proceedings we’ve been observing.

He continued: ‘We need progress in relation to this matter as quickly as possible.’

As a devoted admirer, I can’t help but share this intriguing detail: Ever since her arrest, there’s been some communication with Miss Price, yet I find myself yearning for that private conversation to unfold strictly under robust conditions.

Judge Briggs granted the adjournment and asked Price whether she would give an undertaking to the court that she would attend the private interview on September 24.

Price replied: ‘I do.’

As a diligent follower, I’ve marked my calendar for next year on February 11th, which is when I’ll be attending the public hearing concerning my bankruptcy cases.

Leaving the courtroom, she expressed, “I trust you journalists will craft an excellent report today, wouldn’t you? After all, there’s so much misinformation you often spread, it’s rather unfortunate.”

Her ex-husband Reid spoke to reporters following the hearing and said: ‘She is living the high life with victims seeing no reimbursement.

‘How is she funding her legal team today. Time we asked these questions – what is she hiding?’

Last month, upon her arrival back in the United Kingdom from Turkey, she was detained and held in a police station in west London. Later that day, an on-call magistrate granted her release on bail.

She arrived at the Royal Courts of Justice the next day where she turned up wearing a beige outfit and black head covering to conceal her injuries caused by a £10,000 facelift she had in Turkey.

Deputy Insolvency and Companies Court Judge Daniel Schaffer ordered the model to give an ‘undertaking’ to the court that she would attend a further hearing to face questions over her finances on August 27 at 10.30am.

Price confirmed that she understood she must attend and later said: ‘I will move my diary for it.’

The action resulted in Judge Schaffer dismissing the arrest warrant that had been issued against her on July 30 by another judge, following her absence at an earlier court hearing.

Previously, Price stated that she wasn’t avoiding issues, but instead, she was occupied with creating a documentary about corrective surgeries during the court proceedings.

Price acknowledged in a since-removed Instagram post that he anticipates being held at the airport, implying that this is what the court apparently deems essential.

I truly hope, for the wellbeing of my son who is here with me, that they grant him some respect and security, if only for his benefit, as witnessing such unsettling events would be incredibly distressing for him.

Even though I comprehend how significant and serious this issue is, I can’t help but feel as if I’m being unjustly accused or dealt with harshly.

On August 8th, I found myself in a situation where photos captured me, my son Harvey (age 22), and my partner JJ Slater (age 31), as we disembarked at around 7:45 PM. The images show the police taking me away shortly after our arrival, while JJ was left to gather my belongings.

Earlier, Price received an eviction order for her ‘Dirtied Manor’, requiring her to vacate it by the end of May. Since then, she has shifted to a newly rented Tudor-styled residence at a monthly cost of £5,000.

In March, she faced bankruptcy again due to an outstanding tax debt of approximately £761,994.05, marking the second time this has happened; her initial bankruptcy was declared in 2019.

Towards the end of July, she asserted that ‘all is well’ regarding her second bankruptcy, following her eviction from her residence in Sussex.
