Katie Price insists husband Lee Andrews did not punch Kerry Katona’s boyfriend and says she is ‘so in love’ and planning a huge UK wedding where Atomic Kitten star and partner will be ‘special guests’

Katie Price is denying reports that her husband, Lee Andrews, got into a fight and punched Kerry Katona’s boyfriend, Paolo Margaglione, while they were both in Dubai.

The former glamour model, age 47, surprised many when she married the 43-year-old businessman after a very short romance. She then went to Instagram to address reports that a recent disagreement had damaged her 22-year friendship with a member of the Atomic Kitten.

Kerry and her much younger boyfriend traveled to the UAE for a Valentine’s Day getaway, meeting up with Katie and her husband. However, Kerry’s boyfriend, Paolo, returned home after only 14 hours following a reported altercation.

The change reportedly occurred because Paolo felt Lee was speaking to Katie aggressively.

Katie addressed the rumors on her Instagram, stating that they aren’t true. She also mentioned that Kerry and Paolo are invited to her upcoming wedding in the UK, even though there have been reports that Lee isn’t allowed to leave the UAE.

There’s been a lot of talk recently about me and Lee, and honestly, I’m not sure why people are so interested.

Just to be clear, Lee and Paolo didn’t have a fight or any physical altercation. We actually had a really good day and celebrated together.

She explained that everything was wonderful that day and she had no idea where the negative stories were coming from. She insisted Lee has always been kind and gentle, and that they are very much in love – he’s incredibly sweet and caring.

We’re so excited to return to the UK and celebrate our wedding with everyone we love – family, friends, and especially Kerry and Paolo, who we’d be thrilled to have there as our special guests.

After Katie and Lee shared their plans to start a family, some people have accused Lee of using their relationship to gain popularity and grow his social media following.

Kerry and Katie, friends for 22 years since appearing on ‘I’m A Celebrity’ in 2004, are reportedly experiencing difficulties in their friendship due to a falling-out between their partners. They recently toured together last year.

According to a source who spoke with The Sun, Lee and Katie were arguing. Paolo intervened, but Lee was still furious and began yelling at him.

Things escalated quickly, and Lee ended up hitting Paolo in the head. It was shocking to watch, as the tension had been building but then suddenly exploded. Everything happened in a flash.

According to a source, Paolo was very surprised by what happened, and Katie was equally upset by the unexpected consequences.

The Daily Mail reached out to Kerry’s team for a statement. Katie and Lee both said the reported argument didn’t happen.

Kerry and Paolo were spotted out together on Thursday, marking their first public appearance since the allegations came to light.

The 45-year-old singer, who hasn’t spoken about the allegations, seemed cheerful as she went to a hair salon in Alderley Edge, Cheshire.

She sported a navy and white striped zip-up fleece and matching tracksuit bottoms for the outing.

The mother of four drove up in a shiny green car, sporting white sneakers and carrying a black handbag.

Paolo, a 33-year-old managing director at Eco Bag UK, had returned to work in England. He was spotted carrying boxes and cleaning supplies close to his office.

Kerry stated her vacation was unexpectedly ended due to a work issue. However, sources close to her now reveal she’s deeply upset by the situation.

Kerry wasn’t said to be present when the alleged row took place but heard about it from Paolo. 

According to a source close to the situation, the TV personality is still fond of Katie, but they’ve recently been disappointed by Lee’s behavior.

In her latest column for new! magazine, Kerry didn’t discuss the disagreement, but she did mention that the holiday ended suddenly.

She wrote: ‘Unfortunately during the trip, Paolo had to go back to the UK for a work emergency. 

I had a full 14 hours with him before he had to depart, and it was really disappointing to be left on my own in Dubai after that.

Plans for a UK wedding come despite reports businessman Lee is banned from leaving the UAE.

British national Lee reportedly spent three weeks in a Dubai jail after being accused of fraudulently obtaining a £200,000 loan using his former girlfriend’s signature. He’s also said to be prevented from leaving the United Arab Emirates, though he maintains his innocence and hasn’t yet departed the country.

Sources revealed to the Daily Mail that he reportedly applied for a £200,000 mortgage in his partner, Dina Taji’s, name last year without her being aware.

Earlier this month, Lee refuted reports that he was prevented from leaving the United Arab Emirates. He shared a screenshot from the UAE Ministry of Interior app, which allows users to handle tasks like paying traffic tickets, renewing driver’s licenses, and checking for any criminal records.

He had the screen on the ‘travel bans’ option which read: ‘No travel bans’.

He clarified that there isn’t a travel ban, and that you can verify this yourself through the UAE police application by checking his profile. The app shows any outstanding traffic fines and confirms whether he’s authorized to travel – he assures it’s all accurate and not made up.

I’m so excited – my honeymoon is just around the corner! I was really relieved to hear I wasn’t affected by any travel bans, because honestly, I’m at the happiest point in my life. I couldn’t wait to finally get away with the love of my life, my soulmate. It’s just… it seems like we’ve actually stayed in Dubai, which is a bit strange considering all the anticipation!

He explained that he couldn’t discuss the details because it was confidential. He acknowledged that he was often criticized, but insisted that much of what people said about him wasn’t accurate.

Dina, Lee’s former partner, learned about his questionable practices when the mortgage company contacted her. This led her to take legal action against him.

Dubai’s laws prevent people with ongoing criminal investigations – whether for things like unpaid debts or civil cases – from being able to leave the country.
