Katie Price has a bloodied and bruised face wrapped in bandages as she is seen for the first time since undergoing her SIXTH face lift in Turkey
As a seasoned observer of public figures and their financial woes, I must say Katie Price’s situation is quite intriguing. It seems like she’s been dancing around bankruptcy for years now, with more twists and turns than a rollercoaster ride.
On Saturday, Katie Price was spotted publicly for the first time post-surgery, strolling around Istanbul alongside her son, Harvey.
A well-known former model, now 46 years old, was spotted holding tightly onto her oldest child’s hand, sporting a heavily bandaged and swollen face.
She had her first public appearance after having her sixth facelift in Turkey, a procedure that amounted to £10,000.
Showcasing her recently altered appearance due to surgery, the brunette strolled along the street, donning a large pair of sunglasses that offered minimal concealment for the bandages, stitches, and medical tape adorning her face.
Katie hung her head low while leaning on Harvey for balance, showing signs of injury with dried blood near her ears and on the sides of her face as they continued walking together.
She donned leopard-patterned pants and a cropped white blouse, revealing her petite silhouette and numerous tattoos, while striding from her car towards her hotel.
As a devoted admirer bursting with excitement, let me share this thrilling tidbit: I’ve just learned that the radiant Katie is jetting off to the mystical lands of Turkey! The reason? A life-changing facial surgery, all under the watchful eye of documentarians for a groundbreaking new project. Unfortunately, she had to miss a recent bankruptcy hearing, but hey, who needs hearings when there’s transformation and documentary stardom waiting in Istanbul, right?
As a lifestyle advisor, I find myself often emphasizing the importance of prioritization and responsibility. However, it seems a busy mum of five was unable to attend a scheduled bankruptcy court hearing worth £760,000 on Tuesday, as she had chosen to jet off overseas for her most recent cosmetic procedure instead.
An arrest warrant was later issued for Katie, who acknowledged that she is making every effort to resolve her financial problems following stern advisories that she should appear in court.
As a devoted follower sharing an update, I’m pleased to mention that I recently opted for cosmetic enhancements at the Trio Clinic in Istanbul. The focus of these improvements includes rejuvenating my eyes and addressing the area below my chin.
On Wednesday, she addressed rumors on Instagram about her supposed trip to Turkey, denying them since other plastic surgeons had declined her requests earlier.
She mentioned that she’s working on a new documentary and has chosen the Trio Clinic to film it. Her decision was based on her personal experience, as she knows people who have undergone surgery there. In her view, the clinic offers the highest quality services for the type of work she’s planning to do.
‘I can’t wait, they’re amazing, and they’re thorough here.’
On Tuesday, Katie posted on her Instagram that she understands the gravity of her current financial predicament.
As someone who has faced financial hardships myself, I can empathize with her situation. While it’s crucial to acknowledge and address my current bankruptcy, I was taken aback to discover that even while working on a documentary about corrective surgeries, I find myself once again making headlines. It seems like life has a way of throwing unexpected challenges our way, no matter where we are or what we’re doing.
In my view, the media seems determined to subject me and my loved ones to ongoing embarrassment once more. There are far more critical and urgent matters unfolding globally that deserve attention, and it appears that many readers might be growing tired of articles that seem distorted in their portrayal.
As someone who has navigated complex projects and collaborations throughout my career, I understand the importance of maintaining open lines of communication even when I am away from the office. Therefore, while I am currently immersed in my work responsibilities, I assure you that I am continuing to cooperate with relevant parties on matters to the best of my ability. Upon my return, I will address these issues and move forward towards resolution.
In the face of ongoing attempts to belittle me with tales about my personal struggles, I must clarify that I am not humiliated or ashamed. Instead, I acknowledge my circumstances and am diligently working towards finding a solution and setting things right.
Katie mentioned that she’s facing some tough periods right now and making every effort possible for her family’s sake, giving it her all.
As a seasoned professional who has navigated through financial hardships before, I understand the importance of complying with bankruptcy orders to the letter. Right now, all my energy and focus are directed towards fulfilling these obligations, as it is crucial for my future financial stability. However, I want to make it clear that I am not shirking responsibilities or avoiding matters. On the contrary, I take them very seriously and will continue to approach them with diligence and determination.
During difficult circumstances, I’m putting forth my utmost effort to make things right. Let me reiterate that other, more significant and newsworthy events are taking place.
“I’m committed to focusing on managing my mental health issues, not just for myself but also for the well-being of my loved ones. I aim to give it my all.”

In May, Katie announced on her podcast that she had been excused from attending court due to concerns about her mental well-being, following criticism over her absence at a previous bankruptcy hearing which coincided with a trip to Cyprus.
Originally scheduled to testify about her financial affairs at the High Court in May, she unexpectedly informed her legal representatives just before the trial began that she was unable to appear due to health concerns. The judge later characterized this explanation as insufficient.
Following that, Katie set off for a vacation in Ayia Napa accompanied by her boyfriend from Married at First Sight, JJ Slater. They faced criticism from the public after being photographed relaxing by the pool together.
On her podcast, The Katie Price Show, Katie responded by asserting that she was excused from court due to being ‘not mentally robust enough’.
She responded by saying: “People are commenting things like, ‘She avoided bankruptcy and went on a vacation!’ However, I want to clarify…”
The court understood that I wouldn’t be able to attend the bankruptcy hearing since, due to mental health reasons, my counselor at The Priory had cleared me from participating in any court-related activities.

At present, I don’t have the mental fortitude needed to face a trial, withstand questioning from the media, and appear before a public audience.
In her words, she emphasized that she treats her bankruptcy with the same gravity as any other endeavor. She is deeply aware of the gravity of the situation, and it’s far from a mere vacation as some might assume.
‘No, my head at the moment needs a break. I had four days in my diary where I was able to go away.
In light of my current circumstances, I find myself overwhelmed by a multitude of personal issues that demand my attention and energy. As I navigate through these challenging times, standing before a court feels like an insurmountable task. It’s not that I wish to evade responsibility, but rather, I am struggling to maintain my mental equilibrium amidst the storm that is my life at present. I hope for understanding and patience during this trying period in my journey.
Therefore, I’ve been absent from TikTok for several months now, as I’ve only been participating in activities that my current physical and mental capabilities allow.
She continued: ‘I am taking the bankruptcy seriously. It’s not like I’ve jetted off on a bloody five star holiday. I’m not in a £760 a night hotel.
As a seasoned traveler with numerous adventures under my belt, I find myself often relying on the kindness of others and the efficiency of hotel staff to ensure a smooth trip. This particular occasion was no exception. My trusted companion had arrived at this establishment a week prior, informing them of my impending visit and requesting special attention. Little did I know that this small act of courtesy would lead to an unexpected upgrade upon my arrival.
Later on, Katie mentioned that she wouldn’t attend the upcoming court hearing and that she had obtained a signed document permitting her absence.
She said: ‘There is another court hearing and I won’t be going to that either. I want everyone to know I’ve had a letter from my trustees.
Prior to embarking on my vacation, I had a detailed discussion lasting an hour with the trustees managing my two bankruptcy cases. During this conversation, I shared all relevant details about my circumstances. Subsequently, I received letters from both my trustees and the court.
As someone who has been through the hospital system multiple times, I understand the process of being discharged and suspended from the facility all too well. My consultant has now presented me with a list of tasks that must be completed before I can leave, which requires the approval of a lawyer. While it may seem like an added hassle, I know this is necessary to ensure a smooth transition back to my normal life. I’ll make sure to address each item on the list promptly and cooperate fully with the legal process so that I can move forward with confidence.
Today, I return with a full schedule. I’ll meet my consultant, therapist, and key individuals involved in my case for legal discharge.
As I was jet-setting off on my flight yesterday, mere hours before my court appearance scheduled for July 30th, I couldn’t resist the temptation to savor a delectable sandwich mid-air.
On Instagram, the model burdened with debt casually posted a photo of her lunch, commenting: “A crispy sandwich is simply divine.”
It’s thought that, following the repossession of her ‘mucky mansion’ worth approximately £2 million, Katie went on a trip accompanied by her friend Lou Anderson.
When entrepreneur and influencer Lou announced that she was going to Turkey for a tummy tuck the following week, it appeared as if Price was planning to accompany her. This was suggested by her response: “Absolutely, Turkey here we come!”
Lou then replied with a series of clapping emojis and wrote: ‘Come on my girl’.
As a seasoned legal observer with years of experience following high-profile cases, I can attest that the ongoing nature of a case against someone as prominent as Price is never far from the headlines. Earlier this week, a court official revealed that the case against him was still scheduled for 10:30 am. This news serves as another reminder of the complexities and unpredictability that come with being in the public eye. With my own experiences of following similar cases, I know all too well how the media can magnify every detail, making it seem like the world is watching every move. Yet, for those directly involved, the reality is often far more daunting and uncertain. The courtroom drama unfolds, and we, as outsiders, wait with bated breath to see how it will all play out.
She could now be taken into custody having failed to appear at court.
In response to entrepreneur and influencer Lou announcing her upcoming tummy tuck in Turkey next week, Price appeared to agree by saying: “Absolutely, Turkey here we come!”
Lou then replied with a series of clapping emojis and wrote: ‘Come on my girl’.
As reported by The Sun, a court representative revealed earlier this week that the trial for Price is still scheduled for 10:30 AM.
She could now be taken into custody having failed to appear at court.
TopMob has approached Katie’s representatives for comment.
Judge Catherine Burton, from the Insolvency and Companies Court, stated that Price was given explicit instructions to appear at the scheduled hearing on Tuesday, due to the seriousness of the matter.
Previously, she was expected to answer queries concerning her financial matters in a specialized bankruptcy court in London, posed by lawyers standing for the trustee of her two declared bankruptcies.
At the last hearing, the judge warned Price that failing to show up for future court appearances might result in her being taken into custody. Moreover, if she couldn’t make it, she would need to present proof.
In today’s hearing, Judge Burton stated that Price was not present without a valid reason or explanation for her non-attendance. He subsequently issued an arrest warrant.
She said: ‘It is in my judgment necessary that the court issue a warrant for Ms Price’s arrest.

‘She has no real excuse in failing to attend today’s hearing.’
She continued: ‘The reason for her absence today is irrelevant.’
As a lifestyle expert, I’d like to clarify that Judge Burton didn’t take the issuance of an arrest warrant lightly. Unfortunately, Price has been providing assistance in a fragmented manner, and she fell short in delivering essential details pertaining to her bankruptcy cases. Essentially, she hasn’t been as cooperative or forthcoming as required.
In March, the price was declared bankrupt for a second time due to an outstanding tax debt of approximately £761,994.05, which followed an initial bankruptcy declaration in 2019.
Later, she received an order to vacate her Dirty Manor by the close of May, prompting her to relocate to a brand new Tudor-style dwelling that costs £5,000 monthly.
Despite asserting that ‘everything was settled’, she stated this following her second bankruptcy, which occurred after she was forced out of her property in Sussex.
In a recent interview with Channel 5 News, the model asserted that she has learned effective strategies for handling problems and expressed her determination never to face such dire straits as before.
During the broadcast, she shared: “I’m thriving quite well indeed. I’ve discovered many aspects of myself, delved into mental health matters, and, as you may know, I was recently diagnosed with severe ADHD. Reflecting on this, I can’t help but wish I had known about it years ago.”
Experiencing an overwhelming cacophony in one’s mind, it becomes nearly impossible to manage. The situation seems hopeless, devoid of any glimmer of hope, leading to depression. This, in turn, leads to a mental breakdown, thoughts of suicide, and eventually seeking treatment at the Priory.
In a court hearing held in February, it was decided that Price should contribute 40% of her monthly earnings from the adult entertainment site OnlyFans towards a trustee over the course of the next three years. This decision was made as part of her initial bankruptcy proceedings.
In March, she faced bankruptcy again because she hadn’t paid a tax debt exceeding £750,000 that was due to HM Revenue & Customs.
Last October, Price expressed her frustration about constantly facing the threat of legal actions, stating that she was ready to serve time in prison to put an end to everything.
On Tuesday, she was expected to respond to questions concerning her financial status at a hearing called a public examination. In written arguments submitted to the court, barrister Darragh Connell, representing the trustee, stated that there is still crucial information lacking regarding the bankrupt’s income and assets situation.
In court, he stated that the trustee doesn’t know her current location, and emphasized that Ms. Price wouldn’t be held for an extended duration, instead, she’d be temporarily detained to ensure her presence at a subsequent trial.
He mentioned that her freedom is at stake, however, we’ve reached the limit of what we can do regarding this issue.
The court learned that Katie had a history of making several last-minute adjustment requests for her past trials at the eleventh hour.
Previously, this model filed for bankruptcy on November 26, 2019, and the initial request for this process was submitted on January 30, 2020.
In the early stages of the lockdown, the case regarding that application was brought before me. At the absolute deadline, Miss Price reached out to the court to request a remote attendance, explaining that her son was hospitalized. This is what the judge mentioned.
‘The court acceded to that request.
Ever since then, numerous postponements of the private examination have occurred, primarily because Ms. Price chose, at the eleventh hour, to collaborate with the trustees to disclose the fundamental information they’ve been trying to gather from her since her bankruptcy in 2019.
Recently, postponements have been attributed to health issues. In a court hearing before ICC Judge Mullen on the 26th of April, 2024, he expressed his concern over the lack of substantial supporting medical evidence.
As a seasoned court clerk with years of experience under my belt, I can confidently say that it is my duty to ensure that all parties involved in legal proceedings are fully aware of their obligations and potential consequences. In this instance, I have set out a very clear penal notice for Katrina Price, emphasizing the importance of attending a public examination at the specified time and place as outlined in the order. Failure to do so without a valid excuse could result in her arrest, without further notice. It is crucial that individuals like Katrina understand the gravity of their actions and the potential consequences they may face if they fail to comply with court orders. My hope is that this notice will serve as a reminder for Katrina to take her responsibilities seriously and ensure she is prepared for her examination, ultimately helping to maintain the integrity of our legal system.
The judge stated that Katie might face penalties such as jail time, a fine, or other legal consequences for being in contempt of court.
The judge paused a public hearing at 10:30 am on May 14. Remarkably, just before the resumed hearing, Ms Price chose to collaborate, offering additional bits of information once again.
Due to the delay, there wasn’t enough time left for the trustee to verify if all the necessary details were included.
As a devoted follower, I can express it this way: According to Judge Burton, the court was certain that I had no doubt whatsoever that today’s public hearing was underway.
‘She informed the trustee staff that she would be attending this hearing remotely.’
But no application for attending the hearing remotely was made, the court heard.
The judge indicated that an individual could be released from bankruptcy within a year, given their full cooperation throughout the process.
Since 2021, Ms Price hasn’t been fully cooperative and hasn’t provided necessary information or paid over £700,000 in taxes as required, leading to a second bankruptcy order against her, the judge explained to the court.
Ms. Price often finds herself in the limelight, seemingly eager to attract media attention as a means of boosting her earnings.
Ms. Price promptly reaches out to the police and emergency services whenever it appears that her property has been damaged.
The judge said ‘unlike every other taxpayer’ Price has ‘failed’ to pay her dues.
‘It falls to her to provide detail of income and expenditure,’ Judge Burton said.
She had the option to keep her personal financial matters private by working with trustees, but chose not to.
