Previously, the ex-fashion model, aged 46, received a court summons regarding an outstanding tax debt totaling £750,000.
In the context of the legal proceedings, Katie was instructed to return the six vehicles she possessed, among which was her renowned pink Range Rover.
Over the weekend, Katie re-posted on social media a picture from the account Pkautosmart that showed her vehicle, announcing that fresh brakes had been fitted.
‘New brakes for this beaut done today,’ the post on her Instagram Story was captioned.
Nonetheless, reports suggest that the TV personality returned the recently repaired pink automobile following her ongoing bankruptcy proceedings.

In March of this year, when the reality star was declared bankrupt for a second time, they subsequently received their tax bill.
She received an eviction order for her £2 million estate, the Mucky Mansion, and subsequently shifted to another residence.
In early July, it was mandated that Katie should relinquish control of her six vehicles: a Volkswagen Beetle, a Nissan model, two Range Rovers, a Suzuki Vitara, and an Infiniti FX50.
It was mentioned in court last month that she had proposed returning her pink Range Rover, yet it appears she didn’t follow through on that promise.
Earlier this month, Katie made an appearance at the Royal Courts of Justice, having been taken into custody on a Thursday. This was due to her absence from bankruptcy hearings, which occurred shortly after she traveled to Turkey for medical procedures.
After being admonished in court for missing her previous hearing to undergo a facelift in Turkey, she was informed there would be no more holidays. Yet, just a week later, she was spotted enjoying the sun with her rumored fiance, JJ Slater, on the Isle of Wight.

Onlookers swiftly noticed that the celebrity appeared to have undergone extensive editing in the picture, even though she had just expressed contentment with her appearance following a £10,000 facelift a few days ago.
Katie proudly displayed her flawless skin as she embraced her eldest daughter, aged 17, whom she has with Peter Andre, along with her own mother.
She had a summery appearance, wearing a gray blouse along with oversized sunglasses and a woven sun hat.
Katie captioned the post: ‘3 generations me @officialprincess_andre and my mum today’.
Fans quickly took to the comments to point out that Katie had ‘photoshopped’ the family photo.
