The ex-glamour model, now 46 years old, had just returned from Turkey after undergoing her sixth facelift. Until recently, she was seen wearing bandages and dressings during her recovery process.
After countering criticism about her latest cosmetic procedure, the celebrity responded by posting on Instagram, saying: “I am well aware of who I am.”
Displaying the outcome of her recent facelift, Katie styled her dark hair into a bun and struck a pose on her staircase while dressed casually in a set comprising of underwear and a black cardigan adorned with red hearts.
Katie demonstrated that she’s undeterred by negativity as she synchronized a video of herself knotting her cardigan with an audio track from Justanotherhappygirl.

In a subsequent Instagram Story, she subtly suggested that she would produce additional content, all the while smiling on the couch next to her tripod.
Katie recently joked she ‘looks like Spock’ as she poked fun at herself post facelift.
During a live stream on TikTok on Wednesday, the celebrity requested assistance from her followers regarding her “Star Trek eyebrows,” while also displaying her freshly altered appearance, which was ten days old following the procedure.
The public figure openly acknowledged that she was content with her recent facial transformation, but acknowledged the necessity for a bit of eyebrow grooming.
Following some remarks concerning a facial procedure, Katie clarified: ‘I transferred fat from my body to my cheeks and lips. My mom even likes my revamped appearance, stating that I seem much more rejuvenated.’
The model continued: ‘I look plastic because I am plastic, at least I tell you all what I’ve done.
‘Whenever I come on here I always get the odd t*** that says, “you look stretched,” it’s boring!’
