Katie Price expressed disapproval towards her daughter, Princess Andre’s upcoming ITV2 documentary, after finally speaking out about rumors of a disagreement between them.
In the most recent episode of The Katie Price Show, Katie, who is a mother of five, clarified that her disagreement wasn’t with Princess, but instead was directed towards Princess’ management team. Interestingly, this same management team also works with Katie’s ex-husband, Peter Andre.
According to Katie, aged 46, who is close friends with Princess, now 18, there was a rift between the management team and them following their breakup with Peter. She expressed that under no circumstances would she ever wish for this management team to handle her children, as they have personal issues with both Princess and herself, and she and Peter no longer communicate.
She had expressed deep disappointment earlier, stating that it was troubling for her to learn that Princess agreed to a deal with them when she was just 16 years old, as she awaited the broadcast of Princess’ documentary on ITV2, which is set to air this Sunday at 9pm.
Katie mentioned that the management of the Princess series considered her as being disposable, and later asserted that she was intentionally excluded from the show due to not being well-received.
Katie and her producer, Glenn, claimed that ITV and their management team refused their proposal to shoot for no cost over a period of three days.

A representative from ITV2 has since refuted allegations that they were uninterested in Katie participating in her daughter’s program on their channel.
In recent weeks, whispers about a strained relationship between the mother and daughter have become more frequent, as Katie was noticeably absent from her daughter’s 18th birthday celebration.
Subsequently, reports suggested that the ex-glamour model was not allowed to feature in the reality TV show of the Nepotism Baby, produced by ITV.
In her podcast, Katie made it clear she wanted to dispel some misconceptions. She promised to speak clearly, honestly, and candidly, telling nothing but the truth.
On Sunday, the movie ‘The Princess Diaries’ featuring a princess character will be released. Lately, there have been whispers circulating about a supposed disagreement or tension between this fictional princess and myself.
My relationship with the princess is harmonious and conflict-free. To date, we’ve never argued or had any form of disagreement.
As a devoted fan, I’ve grown so close to Princess that it feels like we’re bonded as if mother and daughter. She often graces my home with her presence, while her father’s house becomes her sanctuary during filming seasons – the past two months being no exception. Our shared life together is nothing short of extraordinary, a connection I cherish deeply.
It’s important for people to understand that when I was with Pete, we were both under the same management. They can figure out who this management is by watching our shows, as she managed Pete prior to his time in the jungle.
She managed the storyline regarding me and Pete, including our photoshoots and moments when we were allowed to hold hands; she held the reins in these matters.

Katie went on to say: “After our breakup, Pete remained with his management, intentionally keeping me and him separated, a fact well-known to many. This then led to the ‘Team Pete, Team Katie’ situation, something beyond my influence.
I’ve consistently expressed that I wouldn’t want her to oversee my children due to our strained relationship and lack of communication between us. It deeply upsets me that Princess, at the age of 16, has agreed to work with them.
‘I didn’t have the opportunity to review any contracts, so I don’t know which contract Princess has agreed to, given that it pertains to their side of things. It’s important for everyone to understand that due to management and Pete, I feel overlooked as a mother. In reality, I am considered insignificant by them, and will likely always remain so.’
Now, since she’s taking charge of both Princess and Junior, their future paths are beyond my influence. Regardless, my desire for their success remains unwavering. I promise to stay out of their way and let them thrive as they should.
It’s quite disheartening and frustrating for me to see that you attend all the significant events in your children’s lives – school assemblies, Christmas celebrations, award ceremonies, sports matches, and more. You seem to be deeply engaged in every aspect of their activities, which leaves me feeling left out or excluded from your life.
Given my professional journey, Princess seems to be following a similar path, eagerly replicating the work that I’ve enjoyed and excelled at. However, it’s unfortunate that she has had opportunities such as photo shoots, signings, and Superdrug openings that I have not been granted to participate in.
I cannot do this as it’s not permitted, and moreover, it might create uncomfortable situations for others. I don’t want her to feel pressured to choose between her job and me, as I want her to succeed in both aspects of her life.
I expressed my feelings to the princess, as a mother who is always there for her child, feeling pride in her accomplishments. However, it seems she perceives me as worthless instead.
Since everyone recognizes her as my child, it doesn’t really matter. I take offense at this situation because I have spent three decades in this field, so if someone needs guidance or support, there isn’t a more qualified person than me.
The princess’s TV series highlights her domestic existence alongside her dad Peter, mom Emily, and elder sibling Junior, in addition to her professional journey as a social media influence.
She mentioned, “On her eighteenth birthday, I was absent as I chose not to be reminded that on the day of her celebration, a party which I wasn’t permitted to attend, took place.
Pete avoids being in the same room with me because I used to be his girlfriend. When our children grow up and get married, should only one parent attend the event? I strongly oppose that idea.

Even though a couple splits up, it’s crucial that both parents continue providing support for their kids. In this upcoming production, you’ll see Pete, Emily, and the entire management team participating together.
I want to clarify that I won’t be appearing on the show. The reason for my absence is due to not being permitted, as you can confirm with ITV. We have solid evidence and proof to back up our statements. Glenn, our producer, is here to further discuss this matter.
This situation is quite significant as it negatively impacts my mental wellbeing. Moreover, I’m finding it challenging to deal with the tension that seems to be developing, which appears to strain the relationship between me and Pete.
Glenn, the producer for Katie and Sophie, shared that the TV production company behind their show is named Optimum. They had reached out to us via email a few months back, inquiring about using multiple videos from our YouTube channel.
The producers were considering using clips of you visiting nightclubs in the show. They also have old videos of you and the princess socializing, which was filmed when she was around fifteen years old, prior to being managed by Cann Management.
From my professional viewpoint, it seems that Optimum is trying to portray you as their mother in the narrative they’re creating. This appears to be the approach they feel is most effective for them.
Sophie added: ‘Even though Sophie would be willing to film footage with no fees.’
Glenn stated that after being asked if it was acceptable to utilize old footage featuring them together, he suggested recording brand-new footage of them (together) for a period of three days without any charge, but their response was negative.
It appears they wish to narrate your mother’s story as if she were on television, but for some reason, those in authority seem unwilling to do so. Regrettably, our offer of free footage was declined.
Katie further stated, “I’m not going to watch or support the show since it feels like a constant reminder of everyone portraying harmonious family life, while seemingly ignoring my role as a co-parent.

Though I’m on Princess’s side with all her actions, I believe it’s inappropriate for her, given her age, to find herself in such a predicament.
As a lifestyle advocate, I would rephrase it this way: “From my perspective, I believe Princess might feel apprehensive about openly disclosing the situation where her management and dad may prevent her mom from being involved. It’s essential to remember that Princess deserves to revel in the experience without the burden of worrying about her parents’ opinions.
In her recent disclosure, the princess expressed her longing for a more joyful childhood, sharing insights into the challenging periods she experienced during her upbringing, as depicted in her documentary.
During her childhood, the up-and-coming figure confronted distressing recollections, which encompassed her mother’s well-known relationship splits.
As a devoted admirer, let me openly confess: I’ve had a confidant, someone I consult on occasion. However, the words often refuse to flow when we meet, so instead, I jot down my thoughts meticulously in my personal notes.
As a lifestyle enthusiast, I often find myself reflecting on my past and wishing that my childhood could have been a little brighter. You see, I carried an unusually heavy burden at such a tender age, which made the journey a bit more challenging than it should have been for a child.
