As a dedicated follower of Katie Price‘s life, I cannot help but feel a deep sense of empathy for her latest predicament. Her experiences over the past few years have been nothing short of tumultuous, and it seems that every time she takes a step forward, she is met with yet another obstacle.
Katie Price has stated that she was forced to leave her property due to unwanted dumping of waste on her land, resulting in an unexpected £800,000 expense which she wasn’t willing to cover.
A former glamour model, now 46, filed for bankruptcy for the second time in March. In April, she received an eviction notice for her property in West Sussex, dubbed the “Mucky Mansion.” By May, she had moved out and was renting a smaller home.
Recently, Katie has revealed that she was pressured to leave due to unwanted visitors disposing trash on the property, which she refused to pay for removing.
In an interview with The Sun, Katie shared this: A man illegally dumped waste on my property, resulting in an order for removal issued by both the council and my mortgage lenders. I was given a deadline of two years to clean up the fly-tipping.
Spending £800,000 on it was the cost I would have incurred during the police investigation. But I decided against it since I believed that the procedure wouldn’t enhance the property’s worth.

Based on my personal experience, I’ve been in a similar situation where I had to make a tough decision about a property. The house was no longer mine, and I had the option to return the keys and let the new owners sell it at market value. In essence, this meant that whatever they managed to get for the house would be the amount I’d receive. It was a daunting prospect, as I had invested a significant amount of time, energy, and resources into making that house a home.
Previously, Katie expressed her excitement for a new beginning in a different residence, as she grew weary of being haunted by unpleasant recollections.
Back in May, I couldn’t contain my excitement when the star announced she was eagerly looking forward to leaving her old place behind. Sadly, her prized Pink Range Rover had fallen victim to despicable acts, with vandals resorting to throwing acid at it.
I can’t stand the thought of the Mucky Mansion, no matter what it’s called. With a shudder, I recall the dark history associated with this place.
After enduring nine long years of unpleasant recollections in that house, I am thrilled at the prospect of leaving the “Mucky Mansion” behind. I harbor no desire to revisit those unwelcome memories and am eagerly anticipating the move to my new residence. The thought of fresh starts and new beginnings fills me with excitement.
‘But don’t worry, I’ll be featuring my new house on my YouTube channel when I get the keys and welcoming you to my new house, I can’t wait, I just want to get rid of all the bad stuff in the past and have a fresh start.’
In the year 2014, Francis Maude, a Conservative Party politican, sold the mansion to Katie for approximately £1.35 million.
The “Mucky Mansion” gained its unwelcome moniker due to decades of deterioration. It endured various calamities such as floods, break-ins, and the growth of mold. Additionally, rumors circulated about it being haunted.

Since she vacated the expensive mansion, a security guard has been stationed at its entrance to ensure security.
In June, photographs captured a man seated at the gate leading to her 11-bedroom property in Horsham, West Sussex.
She eagerly anticipates that her newly acquired house, complete with a spacious double garage and an open-plan kitchen, will serve as a secure refuge for her family.
It seems that Katie’s life story will lead to a significant addition to her savings, as Netflix announced plans to produce a high-budget adaptation based on her experiences.
Katie disclosed she will be working with the streaming giant on her own series.
She shared with TopMob: “My story is going to be huge! I’m working on telling my life experiences in a three-part series for Netflix.”
After facing bankruptcy for the second time this year due to an outstanding tax debt of £761,994.05, Katie will be delighted to receive that sum of money.
In February, a court additionally required her to surrender 40% of her earnings from OnlyFans, an adult subscription site, for the subsequent three years due to a different disagreement regarding an unpaid debt.
