Kathy Griffin continued to show off her third facelift during a solo outing in Malibu on Thursday. 

During his recent outing, the 64-year-old comedian, known for announcing a new cosmetic treatment earlier this month, was spotted visiting a gym for a Pilates workout during the day.

On an episode of her Talk Your Head Off podcast, the television host openly discussed having undergone surgery.

Kathy opted for a relaxed look with a snug fit of blue leggings and a short-sleeved, dark navy shirt.

Kathy flashed a cheerful smile as she made her way through a crowded parking lot towards the gym.

The actress declared, prior to admitting her third facelift, “Indeed, it holds true with great consistency!” She then joked about her vanity, stating, “I am excessively vain, without a doubt.

Instead of attending a Kathy Griffin show for her stunning, youthful appearance, people come to listen to her humor, and that’s exactly what she aims to provide.

She added, “I prefer if you wouldn’t focus on how I appear. Today, I’m sporting Lululemon attire, but let’s not forget that I’m wearing my regular pants. My body image concerns are minor.

Kathy openly discussed the specifics of the surgery with her followers, revealing that her facelift was performed by renowned plastic surgeon Dr. Ben Talei in Beverly Hills.

The comic who had honored him with a Daytime Beauty Award in 2023 later couldn’t help but express, “I have such admiration for him, I could talk endlessly about his great qualities.

In addition to undergoing a facelift, she also received an eyelid lift that gives a feline appearance, had cosmetic work done on her chin, and received blepharoplasty – a procedure that removes excessive skin from the eyelids, as explained by Mayo Clinic.

She mentioned, “I have a small wound on my chin, it’s not visible from normal sight, but it would only be noticeable if someone was directly beneath me.

I want to be straightforward with you. This experience is quite uncomfortable, and I find it hard to agree when people compare it to getting a filling at the dentist, saying it’s nothing. In truth, it’s not comfortable at all.

Afterwards, Kathy went to a ‘rich lady recovery place’ and then returned home. 

After leaving that place, you return home, possibly accompanied by a nurse. Frankly speaking, it’s revolting. On the first night, there are drains coming out of your chin. I understand it’s rather repulsive. However, personal vanity takes over.

This version maintains the original sentiment while aiming to make it more natural and easy-to-read for a wider audience.

Last week, the Emmy award-winner showed off her rejuvenated look, free of wrinkles, during a visit to Malibu.

About a month prior, in July, the actress appeared barely like herself when she donned a wild hairdo in Los Angeles.

In the past, Kathy, who underwent surgery to remove half of her left lung due to a cancer battle in 2021, has publicly discussed the issue of ageism within the entertainment industry. For instance, this topic came up during an interview with Deadline back in 2016.

She frequently hears people making comments about her age, she mentioned.

‘I’ve been hearing it since I was 30, from managers, agents, studio heads and network executives.’

Kathy went on to say, “I believe I heard that comment within the past year. It’s not unusual for them to tell me, ‘You’re quite amusing, but they’ve chosen to opt for someone younger instead.’ This sort of remark is often made towards women.

It seems no one may have explained to them that such remarks are generally inappropriate. Instead, they appear to believe it remains a valid excuse for someone’s failure to secure employment.

The comedian started her journey with plastic surgery as early as 1986, getting a nose reshaping procedure at the age of 26.

Previously, she had various cosmetic surgeries like a forehead lift, augmentation mammoplasty (breast enhancement), and almost fatal liposuction performed on her.

Kathy will soon take to the stage for a couple of performances this year, and she’s named her upcoming tour “New Look, New Tour” to reflect her recent cosmetic surgery.

On November 8th, she will be giving a performance at the Criss Angel Theater, located at Planet Hollywood in Las Vegas.

In the very same month, you’ll find the comedian performing another show, this time in Anaheim, California, on November 22nd.

Kathy announced in July, saying, “You might have thought I was finished… But I’m back, even stronger than before, as per usual, in true Griffin style!
