Kath’s post further suggested her sorrow, as she posted a picture of a person (presumably herself) swaddled in a blanket, accompanied by this question: “Could someone more experienced please let me know when things start feeling less difficult?

People have been discussing the possibility that JoJo broke up with Kath due to her strong friendship with housemate Chris Hughes.
It appears that Kath shares the same viewpoint, since she too reshared another TikTok discussing the JoJo and Chris scenario.

Though Chris stated that hosts Cat Deeley (aged 48) and Ben (aged 50) had a strong connection, Judi James, an expert in body language, has suggested that Chris appears to be feeling uncomfortable and is attempting to distance himself from “infatuated” JoJo.

Looking at him intently, he raised his left hand suddenly, performing a brief gesture that seemed to dismiss any romantic notions. Instead, he claimed their bond was merely a deep friendship.
When inquired about the nature of their relationship, Judi noted this, whereupon JoJo chuckled delightfully and exhibited a sparkle in her eyes, while Chris fidgeted nervously in his chair, tugging at his shirt.
