As a lifestyle expert with a keen eye for the opulent, I must say that Kate Waterhouse’s birthday weekend celebration was nothing short of extravagant and delightful. Her lavish lifestyle is reminiscent of a fairy tale, complete with grand dinners, luxurious homes, and an endless supply of love from her nearest and dearest.

Kate Waterhouse has spent her birthday weekend with her nearest and dearest.

On her 41st birthday, the racing heiress was pampered by her spouse, Luke Ricketson, and they both enjoyed an extravagant evening meal together at a high-end restaurant.

Social media posts depicted Kate joyously celebrating with her little ones prior to their evening at a sophisticated restaurant.

Luke displayed an attractive cupcake adorned with a birthday candle, which later got extinguished by Kate in a heartwarming instance shared by the duo.

Additionally, she displayed an elegant dinner arrangement for her audience, featuring exquisitely plated dishes.

‘Birthday weekend. Feeling very loved and blessed,’ she wrote in her caption alongside the images.

Earlier this year, Kate and Luke listed an elegant pad located in Sydney’s eastern suburbs.

They set a price guide of $900,000 on the two-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment in Potts Point.

In 2010, Waterhouse purchased a property for investment purposes at a cost of $525,000. Since then, they’ve been renting it out for a weekly rate of $900.

According to the Wentworth Courier, Waterhouse and her spouse are putting their current property on the market to move into a bigger real estate venture.

Located two kilometers away from the Central Business District (CBD) and nestled in the bustling district of Kings Cross, this apartment is found on the second floor of an apartment complex. It provides a chic urban dwelling experience.

Features include a private balcony and a spacious open plan design.

There’s also a lavishly appointed bathroom and a modern kitchen with a chic dining ‘booth’.

The unit, meanwhile, is one of only 25 apartments in the block which opened in 1998.

Kate, famed for her extravagant lifestyle, happens to be the child of horse trainer Gai Waterhouse and bookmaker Robbie Waterhouse.

In 2020, Waterhouse and Ricketson gained attention after spending a significant amount of approximately 17.8 million dollars on a luxurious residence situated in Sydney’s northern district.

Nestled on the coveted Balmoral Beach, I proudly introduce my lavish abode, boasting five spacious bedrooms and breathtaking vistas of the sparkling waters that lie before me.

In addition, Tom Waterhouse, who is Kate’s sibling, similarly possesses a lavish $13 million seaside residence in the very same neighborhood.

The racing heiress and the former sports star tied the knot in Sicily, Italy on June 28, 2012.

On their special day, Popsugar shared that Kate donned a Vera Wang gown, while approximately 80 guests celebrated with the happy couple.

The couple share two daughters: Sophia Edie, nine and Grace Gabrie, six.

Kate is the first daughter of Australia’s legendary horse trainer Gai Waterhouse.

Gai won her first Melbourne Cup in 2013 with her horse Fiorente.

As a seasoned connoisseur of the vibrant world of sports and leisure, I can proudly say that in the year 2007, I was honored with induction into the esteemed Australian Racing Hall of Fame. Over the years, I’ve earned the cherished moniker, ‘the first lady of Australian racing.’
