She owns a £4,000 Cadillac Pilates reformer for home use and works with a personal trainer named Hortense Suleyman.
According to a source at a magazine, the brand is entering popular trends a bit late – candles, serums, and perfume are considered somewhat dated. To stay comfortable while traveling, she recommends drinking plenty of water and eating light meals on the plane. She also suggests adjusting to the local time zone immediately upon arrival by staying awake until her normal bedtime.

I really enjoy juice cleanses! I do one at least three times a year, usually for a whole week. I always feel fantastic afterwards, and it gives me a huge energy boost – sometimes too much! People usually react by telling me to calm down, but I just get so energized I feel like I could bounce off the walls!
